Jodi, the property manager was awesome to work with! She answered every email question before the trip quickly, and made sure I had all of the needed codes to check into our unit quickly. She even called the next morning to see if we were happy with the unit or had any questions. The location to the beach was very close and beach and ocean are so perfect! The pool and hot tub were very clean and directly across from the unit. The unit was larger in size than expected. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this condo.

Positive: The condo was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, pot and pans. The water filter on the refrigerator had a Green light and was usable! We usually have to buy water for our vacations. The condo is well guarded and secure we felt very safe. Decent location.

Cons: The people staying above us were loud and chandelier would rattle and shake every time they walked around. The Master shower seal leaked and made a wet mess on the floor every time we used it. We’ve stayed at several rentals and this one is very stingy on soaps, laundry detergent, Dishwash soap and trash bags, they only give you three of each, which goes fast, so plan to replenish those if you are staying for a week.

The location was perfect. Very close to the beach. Beds are very comfortable. Plenty extra pillows and more than enough dishes. The only thing that I was not a big fan of was the air-conditioner in kids room. It is loud at night but kids didn't care. It also has some beach chairs that we were able to use. Access to beach was very convenient. So far, one of the best places I stayed in Destin.

I was so pleasantly surprised with this rental. We rented this condo for a work trip and the other girls I traveled with felt the same. As soon as I walked in the door, I could tell how nice the place was by the smell. It smells new like it has had recent updating/remodeling. It was completely spotless and so nicely decorated. Lots of extra throw blankets, pillows, and samples of soaps and shampoo/conditioner. There was severe weather moving through the night we checked in and I was a little disappointed that we weren’t able to check in early without paying a $50 fee to check in only 2 hours earlier. The renters requested that we take the patio furniture inside so it didn’t get damaged so we requested again to check in early but that the fee be waived as we were asked to move their furniture inside. The company did agree to this so that was appreciated. Other than that, everything is in good working order. It is in a very nice, clean, gated complex with a nice pool area. I felt safe here and it was a VERY short walk to the beach over a boardwalk, maybe 2 minutes! Overall very pleased and this is probably the nicest condo I have ever rented. Would definitely stay again and hope to book it for our Fall 2024 vacation.

We just returned home from our vacation! “Toes in the Water” was a BEAUTIFULLY decorated and very comfortable condo. The location and 2 min walk to the beach was great! Only 2 complaints... We had “heavy steppers” in the unit above us that were loud late into the night and started again early in the morning for 2 nights, but we managed to deal with it. We did notice some baby cockroaches in the kitchen, but the management company had it sprayed right away for us. Regardless of those 2 issues, I would definitely stay in Alerio 102A again!

Awesome condo, everything you need! So close to the beach. Pool area is nice, but the fire rings around the hot tub didn't work which was a bummer. They worked last time we were at this facility and are a bonus at night while enjoying the hot tub. The sprinkler area also didn't work which was a bummer because there were 8 kids in our group who wanted to use it. The facility is overall very nice, but needs some upkeep and fixing of things. Our condo in particular was great! Lots of room, right across from the pool area which was very handy and pretty much everything you need for in the kitchen. A very pleasant stay. Was our second time staying at The Alerio and would stay again!

Alerio building A 102 Miramar fl. Family had a wonderful time Cons. Not enough parking. We had a total of 5 guests 2 vehicles. Property only allowed parking for one vehicle. Overall would give this a 5 star rate

The initial check in with the gate was a challenge but the rest of our stay was nice and comfortable. Close to the beach to hurry and get there for the last minute sunset pictures or early morning shell catching .

The property is exactly like the pictures. The property was clean and well maintained and in a nice location. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub as well as the fact that the beach access is directly across the street from the complex.
If you enjoy walking this is a great fit, walk down the paved walkway along the Gulf, walk on the beach or walk on trails and many local parks. You are close to Restaurants, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, and many other attractions – i.e. Gulf Breeze Zoo, 30A, Grand Boulevard, weekend Farmers Markets on 30A.

Great property! Really clean, beautiful, everything needed to cook and feel confortable. The best is close to the beach, just walk.
The only issue and recommendation is to check the A/C in the 2 first bedrooms because feel warm and that was not too much confortable . In livinroom and master A/C feels perfect.

4 adults and three 1 year old boys. Plenty of room and nice facility. The host called to make sure we had all the needed information which I really loved. The only thing was it was very cold (68 degrees) the thermostat was set and could not change. Overall great stay!

We had a great stay at this property for our family vacation! The location was perfect and just across the street from the beach. The home was spacious enough for our family of seven and was fairly clean when we checked in. We did request to check in early the morning we arrived and were surprised that we had to pay an extra fee to do so. We didn't have any issues during our stay, other than the incredibly noisy neighbors upstairs. We understand that is not the fault of the management company, but the building seems to have some very thin walls and ceilings. Overall, we would stay here again and would recommend it to others!

The unit was wonderful, clean, and everything worked. It is located perfectly for beach access, stores and restaurants. The parking leaves something to be desired as you have 1 spot for your vehicle, so don't plan on renting a golf cart or scooter. The pool is often crowded as that area was undersized for the number of units on location. Overall it was a great place for our family vacation.

The condo was absolutely beautiful! Perfect location and very close to the ocean and restaurants! Management was very friendly and helpful and the location is very safe! I would highly recommend this condo to anybody that is looking for a fabulous vacation spot.

Very nice place. Condo actually looks better than the pictures. Located across the street from the stairs to the beach, very convenient. Rental management company was very responsive to questions.

Make sure you understand that there is only ONE parking space and it is assigned to the condo. Good that you don't have to worry about a parking spot. We parked the second car in Winn Dixie parking lot.

This condo feels like new - fresh and bright and perfectly appointed. And the high ceilings make it feel extra spacious. It has a totally stocked kitchen and (bonus!) new large TVs. We loved being just a few steps from the pool/hot tub and a few more to the beach. We enjoyed this condo so much that we extended our stay by a week! If you know Miramar, then you know how convenient the shopping and restaurants are. This was our first wintertime visit to the area and we loved it – we’ll definitely be back.
