About

"Salty Seaclusion" is a cozy cottage in Sandestin Resort with views of the Bay, two golf carts, and just a short ride to Miramar Beach. Enjoy all of the resort amenities including pool access. Your days will be filled with flavors of the coast, memories of sugar-white sands, emerald waters and sunshine. Beach is only 1.1 mile away.

We have created an easy flow environment using an open floorplan for the living area and secluded sanctuary for the bedrooms. In the main living area, you will find an updated kitchen with sprawling granite counters, lots of cabinet space and ample light. The dining room table can seat 8 to 10 comfortably. After dinner, gather around the large flat-screen TV or step outside onto our screened in porch with unobstructed views of Jolee Island and the Bay. Enjoy grilling and outside dining!

The upstairs the master suite has a king size bed, opens to an expansive private deck for sunbathing, sunset viewing of the Bay and cocktail sipping, an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. On the first floor is another master suite, a large ensuite bathroom with a double sink vanity, a queen bed and a built-in twin over a twin bunk bed, you can sleep four in this room. Just down the hall is another amazing built-in bunk room with a twin XL over a queen bed and a full-size trundle where 5 can sleep comfortably. The bath is adjacent to the bedroom off the hall. All bedrooms feature smart TV's. There is a queen size sofa sleeper as well. Included is a full-size washer and dryer, complimentary high-speed internet, and Sandestin Tram Passes.

Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram, no need for a car. The south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. The resort offers amenities for every type of person including championship golf courses, clay and hard tennis courts, and pickle ball courts. There is also a large marina on the Bay where you can rent a boat, kayak or paddleboard. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, world class restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options!

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

This is a well appointed home that can sleep a lot of people very comfortably. The kitchen/living room/screened in porch is very well set up for groups to cook and eat together after a long day of golf carting to the beach and walking to the Village of the Baytowne Wharf.

This house is such a great place to stay with family or friends. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to plenty of restaurants and bars as well as the beach and pool. It's the perfect place to come "home" and relax after a long day at the beach. It's about a minute walk from a pool and a short golf cart ride to the beach. It's such a beautiful area! I love the house, it feels both modern and homey at the same time. The shower pressure was great! My bed was so comfy and I slept very well. The sun room is awesome to sit and have a cup of coffee and gaze out at the view. I ate so much good seafood at nearby restaurants! There were people of all ages in the bars and restaurants, and plenty of fun and hip places to go. It's a great area and the perfect house to stay in on vacation! I can't recommend it highly enough

Tranquility is a lovely, peaceful, seemingly recently remodeled home with a gorgeous view and a large screened in porch. You can watch birds over the marsh from the porch and there is a beautiful view of a large inlet of water from the upstairs master. It is a short walk to nature trails, the marina and the large pool. Or you can hop in the golf cart and head to the gorgeous white sand beach or the nearby shopping area that has wonderful restaurants and a grocery store. No one in our party golfs, but there is a golf course nearby as well. Tranquility is a lovely, peaceful, seemingly recently remodeled home with a gorgeous view and a large screened in porch. We loved everything about this house and would definitely book again. The house is up to date and fully stocked with everything you need. The pool is a short walk and the beach is a pleasant golf cart ride away. We enjoyed evenings at Baytowne from young children to teens to adults. We had a great vacay and the house was perfect.

This would have gotten a 5 star rating but they have a roach problem in the kitchen. Great location, and the golf carts were the main seller for me.

It was a wonderful experience! The house was the perfect size for our family of 12. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. It was a very short drive to the beach, pool and Baytown. The golf carts were an excellent addition and were used daily. Once we learned our way around, we explored every day. The pool was right up the road from us and the kids loved it. We are eagerly looking forward to returning next year!

We absolutely loved this house and location. The house had a perfect layout with little ones and it was literally just steps to the heated pool. I'm pretty picky about cleanliness and I had no complaints. We ate all our meals on the screened in porch while watching the wildlife. So peaceful and relaxing. The staff met all our expectations and were prompt and courteous. The only issue we had which had nothing to do with the house itself was the 6 seater golf cart had basically no power steering. I personally could not drive it and would consider it a hazard. Great Rental!

We were there a week for my son’s wedding ! It was perfect. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom . Huge dining area . Everything had been up dated and so beautiful ! The golf carts were amazing so we could zip around to bridal brunches , rehearsals , dinners, beach, golf courses , shopping , and more! Thanks for the perfect rental !!

Loved the layout of this rental. Such beautiful decorations (I want to incorporate some into my own home now!). Loved how we each could have our own room. There were extra blankets in the closet which was helpful while the AC was going at night. I loved the dishware. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning. Overall, we loved our stay!

Although there were a couple hiccups during our stay the staff had it under control and a plan in action to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We would definitely rent here again. The ability to go literally anywhere on the golf cart was a added bonus! The beds and couch all were so comfortable and the washer and dryer on the main floor made it easy to keep the sand and ocean outside. Great location right down the street from the pool, marina, and cute little district.

Wonderful place to stay! Lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. Such a relaxing place to come "home" to after a long day at the beach. I love being able to use the golf cart to go to bars and restaurants! The shower pressure was great. Beds are very comfy! I love the modern and sleek decorations. My favorite place in the house is the sun room. Nothing better than sitting and having a cup of coffee and gazing out at the view! There is a pool literally right up the street from the house. I met so many friendly "locals" when out on the town. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone visiting the Destin area. I think being able to take the golf cart out to eat and avoid the traffic in central Destin is a huge plus. I love the hike/bike trail nearby, and I love the house itself. Perfect for friends or family.

Awesome house. Looks recently renovated, and all the decor was warm and inviting. The kitchen was really well set up for cooking for groups, and you could lounge on the screened in porch all day. The beach was easily accessible by golf cart. Awesome spot.

This home is in a wonderful location. It seems newly renovated with high end features and is very spacious. The view from the master bedroom is spectacular--it looks out over an inlet. It is a quick walk to beautiful nature trails and the marina. Or take the golf cart to the nearby white-sand beach or great shopping, restaurants and the grocery store. Ideal spot for a family or friends retreat! We will be back!
