Introducing our newly renovated condo in East Pass Towers, Emerald Breeze, located on the very tip of Holiday Isle is the western most gem of the island. Surrounded by water, with the Gulf and East Pass to the South and Destin Harbor to the North, it offers unmatched views and luxury with no expense spared. Renovations were completed May 2025.

*Private beach access exclusive to East Pass Towers guests, steps from the stunning sands of Norriego Point
*Spacious community pool with hot tub that faces the East Pass
*Dining area seats six guests comfortably, with extra seating at the kitchen Island
*Coffee bar, stocked with both a drip coffee maker, a Keurig, and a cappuccino & espresso machine
*Fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essential cookware, utensils, and appliances for effortless meal prep
*Master bedroom with king bed, with balcony access and private en-suite featuring double sink vanity and walk-in shower
*Guest Room with two twin beds, and balcony access shared with the master for panoramic views
*Enjoy your smart TV in every bedroom, brand new and ready for relaxation
*Large Smart TV with chic seating arrangement
*Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi so you can stay connected during your stay
*On the balcony, you can enjoy listening to music from the harbor at night
*Please note that there is some ongoing construction of the new marina at Norriego Point; the beach access through Norriego Point is currently closed.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

l really enjoyed my stay at the Emerald Breeze. The condo is beautiful & as an avid fisherman watching the boats coming in & out of the harbor provided me with my favorite kind of entertainment. I hope to stay again possibly for the annual Destin Fishing Rodeo held every October. The balcony of the emerald breeze gives onlookers a front row seat to all the activities in the East Pass and Destin Harbor.

I had a wonderfully quiet and relaxing stay at this condo in Destin—it was the perfect place to recharge and enjoy some reading. While there, I discovered the owner is an author and picked up their book Flicker in the Water, which tells the adventures aboard the Destin ship The Twister. Reading it while overlooking the water made the experience even more special. This condo is truly ideal for anyone looking for peace, rejuvenation, and a good story.

We had a fantastic time at Emerald Breeze and loved the beachy nautical decor and appointments. The blue tones are warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home. We really enjoyed the view of both the harbor and the pass and watching the boats come in and out all day. From the sophistication of the wet bar to the whimsical anchor theme sprinkled throughout the condo, we recommend this condo and will definitely be back!

Our stay at Emerald Breeze was nothing short of perfection! The newly renovated condo truly lives up to its promise of luxury with no expense spared. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with breathtaking views of both the Gulf and Destin Harbor—whether it was morning coffee on the balcony or winding down to the sounds of live music from the harbor at night, the setting was unforgettable.The condo itself is beautifully designed and fully equipped—everything from the coffee bar to the spacious kitchen made our stay seamless. The master suite felt like a private retreat with its king bed, balcony access, and spa-like en-suite bathroom, while the guest room with twin beds was perfect for the kids. We loved having smart TVs in every room, as well as the large living room setup for family movie nights.The amenities took our trip to another level: private beach access, a pool and hot tub facing East Pass, and the thoughtful starter pack of essentials made us feel right at home. The Beyond Blue Difference was evident—everything was spotless, well-stocked, and professionally maintained.
