"Destin Nation By You" is a charming beach townhome sure to become your favorite vacation spot! When it comes to summertime fun or winter getaways, it's all about location. This home boasts lovely views of the Gulf from our balcony or windows, quick beach access, and close proximity to all the best shopping and eateries in town, and of course a charming and relaxing atmosphere throughout the home itself.
The beach is only 645 feet from our home, directly across the street.
This property itself is aptly designed for the comfort and care of our guests. Enjoy the wide open spaces of the floor plan, lovely features such as our driftwood floors and granite counters. We feature large TV's in the living room and all bedrooms. You will find plenty of seating on our large sofa so that everyone can gather and watch the game together. The chef in your family will find our well stocked kitchen to be a boon. We have all the silverware, dishware and cookware you may want. Creating a gourmet meal at home will be a breeze. There is ample seating at the large dinner table with additional seats at the bar.
The Master suite features a lovely king size bed and a private bathroom. The two guest bedrooms feature a king bed and a queen bed respectively, and lots of space for storage. We also have stacked washer and dryer and complimentary wifi to make your stay even better!
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces. Overall, our stay was awesome! However, the beds were very uncomfortable, though, and the sliding glass door is hard to open and close and it will not lock

We are not quite beach front, that's true, but we are located across the street from the beach and even have some beach views! The beach is a stone's throw (less than a minute walk) from us, and there are many restaurants, shops and more in walking distance. This is a wonderful location! If you need a different location for future stays, please let us know what your needs are so that we can meet and exceed them!

Loved the living room couch and chairs. Plenty of seating. Most other areas were good as well. We checked the windows to make sure they locked but the one which is right next to the walking exterior hall way would not lock. We notified the manager and the next day they secured it with a piece of wood so it couldn’t be opened from outside. One other item. The directions said you must put the parking passes in your car windshield but even after a few calls to them we never received the passes. So we put a note in our vehicles with the unit number and dates of stay.

We came to stay for a weekend at the beach with golf - the guys were very happy to be able to access multiple courses closeby, and we all were very pleased that we were part of the private beach access as we like our space and not the summer crowds. The place was well furnished and took care of all our needs, and we enjoyed sitting on the patio everyday. We will be back!

We enjoyed Emerald Waters 401 very much ! The unit was spacious and the location was great .. beach across the street ..large balcony .. The couple minor issues we had.. new water filter replacement for refig. .. light bulb over dining room table . windows on balcony cleaning and new flapper on master bathroom toilet were addressed very promptly by Beyond Blue ( didn't wait more than an hour for those various fixes so that was impressive.)We loved having flatscreen TV's in living room and all three bedrooms. The view of the Gulf across the street was beautiful and we were only two blocks walking distance to Pompano Joes' beachfront restaurant. Looking forward to returning to Emerald Waters once again and Beyond Blue staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful !

We had an overall great stay at Emerald Waters 401. This property is in a great location and well maintained. The rental company was very responsive. Kitchen was overall decently stocked.
A few improvements to consider:
We went and purchased a camp grill as this property does not have a grill. We used it out on the patio. Would be a nice addition if this was provided.
The place was decently clean overall, we found several stray hairs that were not our in the bathroom, which grossed me out.
Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the property!

After searching for a condo to stay, a friend referred this location to me. It was super easy to make reservations on-line. The app was also very useful with all the information I needed to access the grounds and condo. The only issue we had was three of the patio chairs on the balcony were torn. Once I informed the office of the issue they were replaced with 4 new chairs. Great location and short walk to the beach.

You are only steps away from the beach when you rent # 401.....plus you get an incredible view of the water from this fourth floor unit. The condo is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and all new furnishings. One of the best features of this place is the balcony where you can eat while watching the water and take in the gulf breeze.There is a delightful pool and hot tub. Look no further!

If you can't be directly on the beach, this is the perfect place! Literally one street to cross and you're there. This is a corner unit, so has an extra big balcony with a high top table for eating along with chairs for sitting. You can see the Gulf over the beach houses across the street and hear the waves crashing. The condo has a large room for gathering and watching TV and windows to see the Gulf waters. The kitchen table seats 6 with 3 bar stools for a total of 9 places to sit and eat. Nice big kitchen! Stove is the older style electric coil burners, but works just fine. Some pots were dirty when we got there, but I called and the owners/management company came by very quickly with brand new ones! That was above and beyond in my opinion. The water pressure in the master shower was a little weak... not sure if it was due to being on the 4th floor, or just needs a new shower head. The tubs are a little old, so are showing signs of wear and tear and as such, while they were not dirty, they are not "sparkly clean". One shower curtain needs to be replaced (water stains), but I didn't call about that... but I am sure if I would have, they would have quickly replaced it! There are three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom (tub/shower combo). One bathroom has an entrance from the hallway so guests don't have to go through a bedroom to use it. Overall, this is a nice place and we had a wonderful time!
