Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Wow! Staying in this dreamy home felt like being tucked away in a stylish friend’s vacation getaway. We immediately felt at home, enjoying the relaxing vibe and thoughtful details of every space. The location was perfect for our family, providing easy access to explore the quaint towns along 30A. Our favorite beach (Grayton Beach State Park), bakery/breakfast spot (Black Bear), and ice cream shop (Blue Mountain Beach Creamery) were all just a short drive away. The very best part - we could return from our adventures each day to enjoy the most incredible backyard space! Comfy loungers by the pool where we read books, a table under twinkling lights where we enjoyed dinner, relaxing in the sauna and hot tub, watching movies on the outdoor tv - truly magical family time!

This beach retreat delivered so much more than I expected. I rented a bike and was able to go all around the area safely and conveniently. It’s close to everything. I was surprised at how direct the airport was to the home. There’s tons of shopping, restaurants, and things to do.Inside, the designer taste is impeccable. It reflects the design you would expect to see a few years from now as opposed to the design that reflects the past. I especially loved the dining room and kitchen area. It was functional, but also really good looking. It made me not wanna leave ever. The linens were super comfortable and everything was spotless. Good luck finding any dirt in this place.Outside is what I dream of having at my own home. There’s a small set of weights and a weight bench, a cold plunge, a pool, and a sauna. We found ourselves spend a lot of time outside because it was just so peaceful. There’s plenty of seating and a great area to grill. We will definitely be back, hopefully this summer.

We had the most relaxing and comfortable stay here with our family! Whether we were enjoying the sauna, hot tub or laying in the pool side loungers, it was perfect! We also enjoyed exploring the wonderful dining places around! Looking forward to staying again.

This home truly felt like a home away from home. One of the things we appreciated most was how easy it was to keep our normal routines while on vacation — and honestly, they may have even improved. The sauna, cold plunge, pool, and weights were such a great touch and made it easy to start and end the day feeling good.The thoughtful details throughout the home didn’t go unnoticed either. A great coffee maker, quality cookware, and well-designed rooms made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed during our stay.The area itself is quiet and perfect for slowing down — we loved the walks and bike rides. The electric bikes made for a really fun day of exploring and added a little adventure to the trip.Being tucked away on a peaceful canal with all these amenities, while still being close to great restaurants, shopping, and the beach, made this place really special. We left already looking forward to coming back.
