Welcome to "Best Baby", a stunning 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom retreat nestled in the heart of Seacrest along Florida’s iconic 30A. This beautifully appointed beach home offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and laid-back coastal charm. Whether you're sipping coffee on the balcony, unwinding by the community pool, or strolling to the sugar-white sands just minutes away, every moment here feels like a true escape. With spacious living areas, stylish décor, and room for the whole family (or friends), it’s more than just a vacation rental; it’s your slice of paradise.

*Minimum age to rent is 25
*The private beach access walkover is under renovation by the HOA. The HOA plans to have the renovations completed by the end of 2026.
Golf Cart Policy: Please note that we will need a card on file, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance to be received per cart before your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

Overall great stay. House was well equipped in the kitchen to support 10 people for stay including 6 children. Golf carts were convenient and great addition to stay. Check in and questions related to parking and beach access were quickly answered, no issue before or during trip to contact host. Enjoyed a brief golf cart ride and walk to the beach access. Beach was not too busy either. Enjoyed lounging at the pool a couple days as well. Showers and bathrooms including full size soaps/shampoos which was appreciative. The shed was fully stocked with beach charis, umbrellas, tubes, kids toys and more. A cooler was available as well despite having brought our own just in case.

Great home for groups wanting to be close to the beach but not on the beach. Walking to the beach was a little far for our group, but golf carts solved that issue. Nearby pools were great for the kids as well. Outdoor shower on the 2nd floor was a nice treat that we have never had in a rental before. Would definitely consider renting this property again.

We had an incredible time at this house. It is beautiful and so well taken care of. We felt so comfortable from the first moment. It is a very short walk to the awesome pool and also a very short drive on the golf carts to the beach access. Great location!!! Would stay here again and recommend to anyone!!

This was a really terrific home for a large family vacation. The house was really clean, the back porch was super comfortable, spacious and mostly private being backed up to a nice wooded area. Felt exceptionally safe in the community and surrounding areas. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. The property management company was proactive, fast and friendly. We were really happy overall with our stay!!

Beautifully appointed home with everything you could possibly need. There was even a pack-n-play for our toddler. The location was excellent and close to many shops and restaurants. Two golf carts made it very easy to get around. Overall top notch vacation home. Can’t wait to book it again.

Such a beautiful place! The home had everything you could possibly want in a vacation home! The kitchen was very large and had service for 16 plus anything you could possibly want or need for meal preparation. The home had a unique bunk room with 4 full size beds. It was equipped with 2 pack and plays and even a high chair. Every bedroom had its own private bath. The beach closet had chairs, umbrellas, toys and coolers. Great restaurants very nearby and the most stunning beach with pure white sand. We will definitely go back!

Best Baby rental exceeded my expectations. New, modern and fresh with great light in all the rooms. Beds were very comfortable and the amenities were wonderful. We had the best New Year's stay at this beautiful 30A home. It was spotless, nicely furnished, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed.
