"Seaglass Cove" is your charming home away from home. We love this location and you will too--resort living at its finest!

*The living room is furnished with a new queen sofa sleeper with a gel mattress, comfy side chairs, and a large Smart TV
*Sliding glass doors that open onto a large balcony. We overlook Baytowne Wharf
There are 4 chairs at the dining table and three additional breakfast bar seats
*The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a new gel mattress, a private bathroom, and a wall-mounted HDTV.
*Our guest bedroom has a queen bed and a TV
Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram or on our Golf Cart, no need for a car. With 7 miles of waterfront, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay and Intracoastal Waterway. The resort offers amenities for every type of person, including 4 championship golf courses (3 open to the public), lighted clay tennis courts, lighted pickleball courts, and 2 large Sandestin Resort pools. Additionally, there is a marina on the Bay to rent boats, kayaks, paddleboards, or bikes. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, renown restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options without leaving Sandestin!
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Sandestin Baytowne Wharf. We loved being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops from our condo. All the restaurants we ate at were excellent.
The golf courses are quite nice and reasonable in price. Pickleball courts are great and close by.
The condo was clean and quite functional for us even with two guests for a weekend. We plan to return next year!

The condo was in a Great central location of Baytown. The entire Sandestin resort has a lot of great amenities that come with the rental! The pools are clean, the bus transport is excellent. The condo was beautiful and just the perfect size for our family. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, patio was a good size. The futon couch was a bit uncomfortable to sit on, but the rest of the furniture was good. The only real issue was all the entry codes given aren’t really labeled clearly, so it’s a lot of trial and error figuring out which codes go to what doors/gates, but reaching out to the company for clarification, we got a quick response.

Observation Point N 464: The location is great. The condo's color theme was very vibrant and welcoming. We love the outside balcony and being able to enjoy the live entertainment from the balcony. We most definitely would love to rent this unit again.
There were some things that needed improvement:
The master bedroom and sofa bed mattresses need to be replaced. I read about the mattresses in a customer’s review, and it’s true. The sofa bed mattress is awful. We didn’t like the 5:00 check-in.
The dryer doesn’t work well. Overall, a nice place to stay!

We had trouble with the door code and had to make several calls to the management company to get a code that would work. The guest bath smelled like someone had defrosted shrimp in the sink, but some Lysol killed the smell.Other than that, a great location and overall a nice visit.

We loved our stay! This condo has everything you need for a great vacation including beach chairs & all the kitchen utilities. The porch is the absolute best part we had many meals out there enjoying the wharf, fireworks, and live music. The place had a homey feel and very comfortable. The only thing we didn't love was the hard rug in the living room with the baby & kiddos it is very rough to play & walk on. Also a end is a tripping hazard and its flipped up on bottom right. Loved this condo though overall and would definitely stay again!

This is a delightful condo! We have stayed here twice. Location is ideal with restaurants and entertainment right outside your door. The balcony is perfect for watching the Sunday night fireworks. And having a golf cart to use to go to the beach is the icing on the cake!

The rental was clean and comfortable for our 4 adults and 2 small children. It was in a convenient location. Close to the action at the Wharf but only a short drive in the golf cart to the beach of Grand BLVD. We took advantage of the large patio area. We loved having the golf cart. What a great place to stay in the middle of all that Baytown wharf has to offer! Every night there were great activities for our younger children to do such as fireworks, magicians, djs and outdoor movies. The condo is very clean and the golf cart is a blast. Wrap around porch was huge! We couldn’t have asked for more! We had a very enjoyable stay!

Only negative: the rental co. does not answer phone, call back or answer email. We left 3 pair of shorts. We are trying to get them back. We called the rental co. on arrival and departure. No answer or call back to either.

I loved Seaglass Cove in Baytowne Wharf. It was a great location to everything that I wanted to do in the area. The service from Beyond Blue was amazing. Lyza was SO efficient, helpful and very friendly and she helped me a lot during the rental process and during my stay with any questions I had. Joe & Dewitt were also extremely helpful with questions during my stay. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this location if you ever have the chance!

My overall experience was great. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures and the overall attraction to the lovely poolside and beautiful carousel as well as a mixture of live entertainment, food and shopping great for a day of relaxing and family fun. Despite our AC situation they quickly responded and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend and currently planning our next family gathering.

This rental unit was very clean and well appointed. Property management was very responsive to any issues. Location was perfect to walk to beach, tennis, marina, restaurants and shops. We could sit on our very spacious balcony and watch fireworks, listen to live music and enjoy dining outside. The only negative was that of the 14 days we were there, the only elevator in the building only worked 1 full day and this is a 4th floor unit. Property managers did their best to reach out to building management but building management was not very responsive. That being said we cannot wait to return next year for longer stay.
