This newly renovated and professionally decorated stunner is sure to wow the whole family. We have thought of everything for your crew - from easy self check in at the front door to luxury bedding and items throughout the condo, this holiday home has it all! Upon arrival, simply enter your personal door code into our high security door lock and your vacation begin. Walk right in and allow the warm, easy mood of this home wash over you! We have brought a taste of the beautiful Emerald Coast indoors, with cooling blue hues and sandy themes.
Our state of the art custom kitchen is complete with sprawling granite counters, brand new top of the line appliances and lots of custom lighting. We want the chef in your family to enjoy preparing meals, and have provided dishware, cutlery, cookware and so much more! Once dinner is served, enjoy it at our large dining room table which comfortably seats 6, with 4 additional seats at the bar. The living room area is open and inviting, with a large sectional positioned across from the Gulf! Yes, you can watch out large flat screen smart TV, but something tells us whether you are at the dinner table, in the kitchen or on the sofa, your attention will be on the dazzling panoramic views of the Gulf! One of our favorite features is the wrap around balcony which stretches all the way from the living room and dining room to the master suite. Step outside and enjoy a hot cup of coffee as the sun rises or sets.
All of our bedding and items were hand picked with your comfort in mind. You will sink right into any of the beds and drift off to sleep. The master suite is complete with a king size bed, smart TV, seating area and of course a private bathroom. Generous closet space and private entrance to the balcony are an additional bonus! The first guest bedroom has another king bed, smart TV and lot of closet space. It also has a private bathroom. The second guest bedroom is the perfect space for kids and additional guests as it has two custom twin over full bunk beds, a generous closet and of course a smart TV for entertainment. We also have a bathroom in the hallways for all to share, and a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.
We have room to park one car, sometimes two cars can park at the property during off season.
Golf cart rentals are not allowed at this property.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

The most stunning view and beautifully decorated condo. Easy access and safe location. Not the most clean place you will stay on the beach. Sand everywhere and don’t wash your clothes here. Sand is everywhere.

The unit that we stayed in at Palms of Dune Allen was nicer and larger than what we expected. The pool is much larger than the pictures do it justice. Was extremely nice to have a short walk to the beach and then easy access to a pool.

This condo is beautiful plus has a beautiful view of the gulf. Maintenance was very responsible and good but the housekeeping people need to improve: our oven was very dirty when we arrived, the vacuum was clogged and we had to clean it, dryer vent doesn't work so clothes have lint all over.

Our rental experience was great! The place was beautiful and the location was perfect!! Being able to walk out and be right at the pool or beach was perfect for our big family and all the beach toys. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

This was our first time to stay on 30A and it was remarkable! We typically stay in Miramar which is always a flurry of activity, but we found this location to be much more quiet while offering everything we needed. The unit was well equipped and the furnishings were very soothing (to go along with the peaceful vibe of the gulf). We saw many dolphins, a manatee and a stingray. Great experience!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. You will find everything you and your family will need during your stay on the Emerald Coast. Regardless of the weather from day to day, the views are spectacular from this unit; I would estimate you are within a couple hundred feet from the ocean. Only the pool and a beautiful low dune separate you from the beach. What can I say but spectacular, and most comfortably and beautifully appointed!

we couldnt ask for a better place to stay on the beach. this place was fabulous! the decor is stunning! the condo is right on the beach. shops and restaurants walking distance. we will be back!
The condo was decorated beautifully and it was very clean! Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the extra beach toys that were available as we flew in and didn’t have room for those items. Kitchen was a wonderful, making it easy to prepare meals and serve them with the dinnerware! Location was perfect with so much to do and places to eat! Had a great time!!
