The Condo was beautiful!!!

We had a great stay here this past week! It was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 toddlers. Everything was clean, the bed was so comfy, stocked with so many clean towels, so close to the pool and the hub! We decided to extend our stay another night and the rental company was so easy to work with. Highly recommend the golf cart! We’ll be back!

My husband and I stayed for a week for our babymoon! Everything was wonderful! The house is pretty bare (only 2 k cups of coffee) and no laundry detergent but we weren’t really at the house very often so it didn’t seem to matter. The management staff was beyond helpful! Loved the rain storms and watching them from the balcony. Also having the golf cart was such a cool bonus. We also loved taking the bikes for rides around the neighborhood. Great stay and we would definitely come back.

This rental unit is gorgeous. The finishes are high end and the decor is very pleasing . It was more impressive in person than the pictures. Very easy entry and exit. If you are a small group with one car looking for a spot at Prominence this unit is perfect.
We were provided enough dish soap and papertowels for our stay. I brought some based on other reviews but did not use them. The unit does come with a Keurig coffee maker and the golf cart was fully charged upon arrival.

I wish i could plus this unit and take it on every vacation we go on. the rooms were great, the kitchen is so well stocked and it's gorgeous. My only downfall, which had nothing to do with the unit, was the lack of beach access from the unit. the state park was closed during our visit so the only way to get to a beach was to drive and there's zero parking anywhere in 30a. just something to keep in mind. our kids were perfectly happy at the pool and since it was a short visit, that was fine but if i was going for a week, the lack of access to the beach would be a bummer.

We loved our stay at the Prominence! The golf cart was the hit for our children and loved being so close to pool and the Big Chill!

The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds/furniture and equipped with everything we needed. Located across the street from the Hub. It was spacious enough for our family of 5. The golf cart was a huge hit with our kids and it was so convenient to take it to the pool, beach and trips to The Hub. The pool was clean, big and had bathrooms on-site. Only drawback to the pool was that it was not heated, so in March it was pretty cold! The garage was stocked with about 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys for trips to the beach. My only suggestion for the unit is to put some hooks in the bathrooms to hang bath towels. Other than that, We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this unit.

We love this place. It is perfect location and setup for a family with young children. They loved the bunk beds and riding on the golf cart that is included. Being right across the street from the Hub is huge for entertaining the young ones. The house is newly built and decorated beautifully. We cannot recommend this place enough.

My husband and I visited with our 3 young children. The place was beautiful! The kids enjoyed the bunk room and had plenty of space. The golf cart is a nice bonus and we drive it every day to The beach at Deer Lake State Park. Great location. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing time! Everything was spotless when we walked in. We were able to secure an early check in and the woman that helped us do so was fantastic! The house was beautiful and pristine. The whole experience was great! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at Shore Thing! The condo was immaculate and very inviting. The décor definitely made you feel that you were at the beach! The master bed was extremely comfortable and the location was superb. The beach access is a little far. The golf cart was a great help.

I was at this beautiful home for a month and it was perfect! Clean, comfortable and cozy! You can't go wrong staying in this beautiful space for your next trip!

The condo is well furnish and the kitchen was well equiped.

Beautiful unit, with nice furnishings, right by the Hub. Walk or take the golf cart. We had a couple of issues with the code not working and had to get it reset twice. Also, the unit wasnt clean as we had hoped given extra time and costs. Stains in various locations, fruit loops in living room and other stuff felt like they didn’t really clean before we areived.

We had the best time during our August vacation! The home was extremely clean upon arrival and stocked with everything we needed for the week. It was super comfortable for our family of five. The golf cart makes the commute to the beach access super easy. We would definitely stay again!

This was a very nice townhouse in a good spot by "The Hub". The townhouse itself was plenty big for our family, was decorated very nicely, and had a compact but great kitchen. The property came with a golf cart, which was fantastic. Although this community does not have its own private beach access, there are several public beach access points in close proximity, so not that big a deal. Because of Covid, the property was limiting pool access during our stay, which was an annoyance but understandable to a certain extent. About 4 miles from Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, about 5 miles the other direction to Seaside. The Hub and this property are pretty much in the center of those, short drive or a nice bike ride either way. Would def recommend this property, very good quality to price ratio

My daughter and I stayed here for Spring Break. It is an absolutely beautiful condo! The beach is a short bike or golf cart ride away to the state park. There is a little walk from the parking lot over the board walk to the beach. The bikes and golf cart were included and very nice. We loved this condo!
