*Three parking spaces are available in the long private driveway for your group’s convenience
*Pack ‘n Play and high chair available for families traveling with little ones (Please bring your own sheets if using the Pack ‘n Play as a crib)

*Tennis and pickleball courts are available for guest use
Please note: Construction is currently taking place next door.
Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

The house was beautifully appointed with extremely high ceilings, a well equipped kitchen and a nice golf cart. The spacious master bedroom has a very comfortable, large bed, a wine fridge, a Keurig coffee bar and a balcony. The master bath has a nice jetted tub and nice cabinetry but the tiling is outdated. Unfortunately, the water heater I’m the house doesn’t seem to stand up to the demands and we were only able to take 2 showers or 1 tub bath before the hot water ran out. The gated community where it is located is beautiful but, unfortunately, doesn’t allow you to use the golf cart outside of the two streets within it (since it’s gated). My family and I chose this area do we could primarily use the golf cart to get around to restaurants, stores, etc. throughout the week but this wasn’t possible on this property. Additionally, the driveway was extremely narrow and we had to keep swapping places with the rental car and the golf cart to be able to use each. Additionally, we were unaware that the key pad was located on the back of the house, through the gate, which meant we had to grope around the house in the dark when we arrived at 10 pm. There was also a house being constructed next door, which meant we got woken up several mornings with construction noise. Overall, we enjoyed our time at this house and would recommend it to others, provided they didn’t care about the golf cart accessibility.

Beautiful kitchen, well stocked and great floor plan for six adults and one infant.

We booked this property from July 3 - 6, 2024 for the July 4th holiday. Let me begin by saying upon arriving at this property, if CLEANILESS was an object, it would definitely be this house! Not only was every room/bathroom/kitchen spotless; it smelled cleaned! Never rented a vacation rental that included every kitchen gadget, pot, pan, bowl, glass blender, mixer, etc. The kitchen is a chef's dream. There was plenty of space for the six of us and the golf cart was a plus for riding to the private beach, which was picturesque! Communication with Jodie was a breeze, thank you for your quick responses. We will definitely rent this property and from Beyond Blue whenever we visit Destin again. If I can give 10 stars, I would.

Overall we were extremely satisfied with this property. The home is beautiful. Decor is nicely done and provides a comfortable but yet clean feel. Kitchen is well stocked with wonderful sturdy cookware. Things were well maintained and very clean. The neighborhood, private beach and location are perfect. Beach is a quick, easy walk and far less crowded since it’s private. I reduced my review one star on “general condition” because the master bedroom bed was a two sided hammock. My husband and I swapped to the downstairs king bed and slept much better. I also think that in general a property in this price point could provide more substantial bedding. Everyone wants to sleep well and be comfortable on vacation. Admittedly, I’m probably a bit of a diva. I would definitely rent this property again but would choose the main floor master from the start and pack my own sheets and an extra blanket.

If the bed is broken in any way, we need to know right away so we can fix it. If it is simply too soft, we need the feedback to see if we need to invest in a firmer mattress. As for bedding itself, we keep our homes very well stocked with two blankets per bed. If this is not enough, please let us know and we can bring more if needed. Wonderful!! This house did not disappoint. We enjoyed everything about this property from the swimming pool to the wonderful stove in the kitchen. This was our first time staying in The Caribe neighborhood and it is good to be very hard to stay anywhere else again. I had read some reviews about the mattress being hard and uncomfortable and they are firmer than we are used to sleeping on and they could use a different mattress when selecting new mattresses in the future. The only complaint we had was the driveway. Unfortunately, I don't think much can be done about that. The driveway is very slender so if you drive a large vehicle it is difficult to get in and out of and you have to move every car to get the golf cart in and out of the garage. It would be nice and beneficial if there were some way of making a parking spot for the golf cart in the front. Also, we were only left with one towel and one washcloth per person so it would be nice to have extra so that you are not washing them every day.
