"Sunset Cabin" is a beautiful oceanfront condo ideally located in South Bay, a gated Gulf-front community in Destin. Our sliding doors open right up to our decks on the beach! If you are ready for a good swim or beach stroll, head down our sidewalk to the beach boardwalk access. We have a community gazebo with covered seating that overlooks the waves, as well as an outside shower for easy sand cleanup.

This property comes with one assigned parking space
Overflow parking is on a first-come, first-served basis
No parking for RVs or Trailers
No Golf Carts are allowed at this property
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Destin beach is beautiful. This condo has gorgeous views and we were lucky enough to watch dolphins frolicking in the water! I was there with two girlfriends for a long weekend away. Room enough for all with comfortable furniture . Fully equipped. Easy walk to beach(steps away) grocery store and restaurants. It has everything you need and is beautifully decorated to boot!

I stayed at this condo in mid-November with two friends for a long holiday weekend, and we had a terrific time. The location couldn't be more perfect, including dolphin views and nightime beach walks with phosphorescent algae right out your door. The beds were comfortable, the deck furniture is perfect for lounging and the kitchen is great for cooking full meals. With only three of us it was extremely spacious, but it's roomy enough for more than one family with children. We all appreciated the bathroom amenities including toiletries. It's also less than a half-mile walk to a supermarket, which is great for those of us who don't want to rent vehicles for our vacations. Highly recommend and I can't wait to go again.

We were able to enjoy this beautiful home by the gulf with the best view! We saw dolphins every morning while sipping our coffee or doing yoga on the deck. The kitchen had everything we needed. Steps to the beach. Everything about this trip was wonderful. Hurricane Ian went around us and we never saw a drop of rain.

Place located in a prime area, easy and convenient access to all your needs while on vacation! House is well kept with nice appliances. Stairs are not ideal and also not advertised in listing. I would not recommend for an older crowd, steps can be daunting after a while. The convenience of every room having a bath was perfect! *bottom room did have sand on bed comforter Easy access to beach and beautiful views. Host was not as responsive once vacation dates started... hours or a day to respond. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others

This property was perfect for our family! It was on the beach and the rooms were spread out, so it made things easy with our infant and the other family staying with us. The property was clean, central to everywhere we wanted to go, and it was very nice having balconies on all 3 floors. The Manager was very responsive and helpful throughout the week as well. Would definitely return and recommend to a friend.

Great place . Clean . Good linens and beds. Patio was wonderful.
It would be helpful to have more than 2 garbage bags when you are staying a week. Air conditioning up stairs wasn’t working staff from beyond blue were very helpful and had the issue repaired in 24 hours.
Would return.

Wow!! This place is amazing! The view is beautiful and the inside is just as great! We had everything we needed and more! There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 children! We loved the extra beds so we were able to put the kids together in one room. Access to the beach is a 1 minute walk. We will absolutely be coming again!
