Welcome to "Sand and Sun"! This unbelievable townhome is just a few steps from the sugar white sands and turquoise water of the Emerald Coast! Wake up to the sound of waves crashing, hit the beach right away, or hop into our complimentary golf cart and check out the wonderful restaurants, shops and activities along 30A.
Stunningly renovated, this home has a new kitchen, new bathrooms, new floors, and much, much more! Enjoy the modern coastal décor and luxurious furnishings. The main living area features generous seating around our large Smart TV and the kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook and serve a lovely meal. The kitchen nook seats 6 comfortably with 3 additional counter stools at the kitchen island.
The master suite is complete with a king bed, two closets, a private ensuite bathroom with a beautiful walk-in tile shower, and a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! The guest bedroom has two queen beds, generous closet space and a private bathroom. The bunk room has a custom twin over full bunk bed, closet and large Smart TV. The bathroom entrance is in the hall, next to the bunkroom entrance. All bedrooms feature Smart TV's! We also have a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Enjoy morning coffee or sunset dining out on the two balconies with breathtaking views. There is a Gulf front outdoor dining table with 6 chairs just off the main living area.
Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit per golf cart, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance, must be received prior to your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted. The amenities are supplied to get you through a night or two.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces. The unit is wonderful, perfect for a family with littles. It is the only rental unit in the group, so we had the entire common area to ourselves all week. The owners next door were only there a couple of nights. We would for sure use the unit again, but with fewer people. It really is only good for 2 couples and 2 children. The bedroom that has 2 beds is much too small for 4 adults and the bathroom is tiny. The other 2 bedrooms and baths were great and we used them more than the smaller one. The balcony is wonderful for evenings and early mornings. Furniture was very comfortable and plenty of seating for a family. The stairs were not a problem and they furnished everything we needed. You just can't go wrong with this unit... comfort, location, beachfront. Perfection!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Cliffs 3 townhouse. It was superbly decorated & had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. No fault to anyone but Francine decided to come thru so the weather wasn't the greatest but we still enjoyed sitting on the beach in between the rain. There are a few steps to the beach but we navigated them smoothly.

The condo was perfect for 6 of us. 4 adults and two kids. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Communication with the host was easy and they worked with us when we forgot to put the golf cart deposit down. The location is perfect if you want to visit the busy parts of Seaside or Rosemary but not be in the middle of the madness.

I hate to tell everyone how great this place was, and fear that it won’t be available next time! :) location and proximity to the beach can’t be beat. Beautiful views all day long. So convenient with our kids. Plenty of beach toys and umbrellas available. Beds and pillows were even super comfortable... And I never say that! Thanks for a great day.

Very nice updated accomordations, providing all of the necessary amenities. Cofortably house 7... 4 baths... thought they arre not large. Electric cart was cool, but we found few places to park it.

Perfect location on 30A. Quiet beach without too many people. The house seems newly remodeled and was spotless when we arrived. Just out the back door and right down a few steps to the beach. Close to lots of nice restaurants and shops in the 30A area. The golf cart was a nice addition for getting around the area. Would love to stay again.

We come to 30A a couple of times a year and have always stayed at the same condo building. We ventured away this trip and so glad we did! This townhouse was beautiful. It had everything we needed and right on the beach. The view was gorgeous! We really appreciated how clean it was. This isn't always the case with beach traffic and guest turnover. Communication with Beyond Blue was exceptional. We've already had two friends book this one of the summer. We will definitely be back again, too!

Our annual 30a beachgiving was lovely. The weather was great and to have an 80 degree day on the beach for Thanksgiving was a real treat. We are a family of 5 adults so having the kids bedroom next to the front door did not bother us, but if you have young kids, I would be very worried about thier ability to sneak out the front door. The owners have beach chairs that you can use and the table outside is really nice. There are no deck lounge chairs for this unit.
My one big issue is the shared deck space facing the beach. This unit sits in the middle of 5 total condos. 2 to the left and 2 to the right. That deck is a shared space, but not private. The neighbors were not welcoming to us so we cut our trip short a day because of the lack of privacy.
