Welcome to "A Sight 2 Sea", a stylish retreat in the exclusive gated beachfront community of Sea Haunts. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be swept away by stunning Gulf views from the living room, king suite, and furnished balcony. Thoughtfully designed with coastal-chic décor, this townhome blends comfort and elegance, inviting you to unwind with the sound of the waves as your backdrop.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

We love the Seahaunts community. Very close to the beach, private access, not crowded.. love being able to use the pool in hot tub at San Remo next-door. Even though this is an older property, it was clean and did have updates. Within walking distance of Shunk Gulley and Gulf Place shops. We can’t wait to get back and I would definitely recommend.

The property was very nice. There have been some great updates done on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The property was very clean. We did have a snag with the AC when we checked in but the Host immediately sent maintenance and the problem was immediately resolved.The property has a distant view of the ocean but it was a very short walk to see it up close. The grounds are immaculate.
