Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

We loved our stay at the Kamps Baai beach house in Miramar Beach ! It is literally on the beach so shifting back and forth between you beach time and house time is just a one minute walk. The water and sand are perfect and the waves are big enough for little ones - we took our 6 yr old grandson. There is a chair and umbrella service that will set you up with as many chairs / umbrellas as you need on the days you need them. It's a bit pricey but the equipment quality is top notch and the convenience is unbeatable. It's a 45 drive into Destin where there are more things to do - we went deep sea fishing - and there are plenty of great places to eat relatively nearby. We highly recommend Ambrosia (an excellent steakhouse), Vue on 30A, and Mimmos-30A.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The beach was beautiful and the area of the beach was not super crowded. The street the house is on is very busy, but it didn't bother us as we spent most all our time on the beach. House felt clean and we enjoyed our stay!

Beyond Blue Vacations was wonderful to work with. We had questions about several things that were satisfactorily answer in a timely manner. They called to make sure ever was working and we were happy. They helped to have a vehicle moved from our parking area when we notified them. Using the Hospitality app was super easy and all the necessary information was easy to find.

We rented a large family beach vacation. The home was clean and furnished nicely. The owners had contracted for an umbrella and 2 chairs to be setup daily on beach. Additional beach chairs and toys in garage. The location is outstanding with a few steps off deck to the perfect sugar sand beach. Less than 1 block walk to dairy queen, coffee shop, and 2 gift shops. Whales Tail and Pompano Joes restaurants only 2-4 blocks away also. The only issue was the electric grille wouks not work due to outdoor plug not on. Overall was a very nice house with ocean/beach views from nearly every room. We definitely will consider it for fiture beach vacations.

This house is beautiful and the location is perfect! The pool was great to have for my granddaughters. When they got tired of being on the beach they would play in the pool and always had such a good time! The golf cart was a great addition to our stay too!

The golf cart definitely added fun to the experience. I was surprised at how much we used it. We didn't even need our rental cars. Even thought the beach was beautiful (no seaweed, warm water, clear, not crowded) we utilized the pool at Frangista quite a bit. It was right around the corner and practically had the place to ourselves most of the time. We did have an issue with our air conditioning on one floor. However, maintenance was easy to contact and very prompt. Not to mention very pleasant to talk to. They repaired the issue very quickly.

This rental exceeded our expectations. Easy, professional and responsive communication with rental agency, home was clean and ready for our arrival, perfect location for shopping, dining and tennis, directly on the beach which produced amazing views from multiple balconies, 3 spacious master suites with comfortable beds along with 1 spacious guestroom with custom bunk beds/trundle beds...perfect and quite comfortable! Bathrooms on every floor were clean and updated. The kitchen is stocked with dishware for meals and entertaining, coffee makers a plus, golf cart was in excellent condition and easy to operate, elevator was super helpful in moving luggage and assisting those with difficulty climbing stairs, driveway parking was accessible and convenient. We stayed as 10 adult women comfortably, and will most certainly return...thank you!!!

We had a great time at this beautiful home and the location is perfect, right on the sand! Very convenient to great restaurants and shops. And the golf cart was a blast! We only wished the heater in the pool had been working!Other than that, I'd definitely give it 5 stars!!!!

Loved it! Party of 9 with 3 of us scouring the internet looking for the right place that checked all our boxes. Box 1 - location - on the beach - down the stairs and toes in the sand. Breakfast on the second floor balcony listening to waves and watching for dolphins. Box 2 - 3 master bedrooms plus bunk room plus elevator - 1 master suite on each floor, bunk suite on 3rd floor. No problem with elevator especially when staying in master on main floor with kitchen / dining / living and balcony. Box 3 - style - as pictured - Beach couture - light and bright. Box 4 - golf cart - Pompano Joe's, Surf Hut, coffee, ice cream, convenience store, it only sat in the garage when we were on the beach, asleep, or asleep on the beach. Note: only umbrellas allowed on beach directly from house - no tents or cabana.
Kids decided day 2 to extend our stay. Beyond Blue was able to accommodate. All necessary details were in the mobile app - Hospitality. Small issue with door code due to our extension but handled quickly and professionally over the phone. We will definitely consider Beyond Blue's properties for our next beach trip.

We had a very relaxing vacation at Kamps Baai. The house was very clean and well stocked. In the description it states the golf cart is included but after we rented I received a phone call stating the golf cart is extra. Also, the elevator did not work and was not fixed while we were there. I sent an email and left a message but no response. Also there is not an after hours number if there is an issue....cable/internet out or elevator not working. Also the balconies are really close to the houses on either side. Oh, the only way to the beach is through the downstairs bedroom.
Perfect location and beautiful home! Having your own private beach area at your back door was amazing. The location is near so many nice restaurants and shops. We had a great time! Can’t wait to go back.
