Ocean Breeze is your ideal Destin condo in Sterling Shores, just steps from our private Gulf of Mexico Beach. Sterling Shores Resort offers two fabulous pools. One is a huge 4,300-square-foot Lagoon-style Resort Pool with a large mushroom spray fountain. The other is a Gulf-front Pool in our Private Beach Club, which is seasonally heated, features restroom facilities, and a seasonal refreshment/snack bar. Also onsite is an impressive 24-hour fitness workout facility, community BBQ grills (fueled by natural gas), and picnic tables located to the side of the lagoon pool.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great time at this property. It's a great location with a fabulous view. The photos were very accurate and the condo was a good size and fit us perfectly. The property and beach was well maintained and clean. I would highly recommend the property to anyone.If there is one piece of feedback it's that the curtains in the master bedroom did not block light very well, so as soon as it got light out it was time to get up.

This place was amazing. Very clean with access to anything you need close by. The view was perfect. Candy shop in parking lot that sold coffee. Back porch had great seafood. I can’t wait to come back

The condo was truly beautiful! It was clean, decorated beautifully, and had the best views of the ocean! Beyond Blue was responsive and so easy to work with. I am hoping to stay in this same unit again next year! I would recommend renting through this company and this particular unit to anyone!

My family and I have been staying at Sterling Shores for years and this was by far the nicest condo we have stayed at here. This property is just as described and is truly a home in paradise. The condo was VERY clean and well maintained. The décor is modern and absolutely gorgeous! The views are breathtaking. We really enjoyed the outdoor lounge furniture to relax on the balcony. Great customer service and easy booking! We really liked using the hospitality app for all the information needed for our stay. Our family enjoyed The Back Porch restaurant as we could have an easy walk to eat or have drinks! A few other restaurants that we enjoyed were McGuire's Irish Pub, Louisiana Lagniappe, and Tuscany Italian Bistro! We loved going to The Track across the street for a fun evening. The property overall is very well maintained with large pools and pretty landscaping! We greatly recommend this property and can't wait to book again! Thank you Beyond Blue Vacations for such a wonderful experience!

When we first arrived it was a hassle!! The code to condo door would not work and we had to wait approx. 4 hours before getting in. Maid was still cleaning and running behind. Had to contact maintenance to get TV's working and also ice maker wasn't working and light outside front door was out. Everything was corrected in a timely manner. After the first day our stay was wonderful. Condo very clean and furnished lovely. View was the greatest and balcony was huge and furnished. Condo was in a great location and convenient to restaurants and candy/ice cream shop in walking distance. Easy to get a Uber/Lyft for places further away. Condo was spacious for five people and pool and beach were beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We were pleasantly surprised with this condo. In past years we have had misleading photos of the condos appearance only to arrive and realize the pictures were not a real depiction of the true condo’s condition. This place was exactly as pictured and the ocean views were beautiful. The condo had everything we needed, it was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The kids loved that the pool by the beach was heated.

April 2022 and April 2023 found us staying at #804. And we could not have been happier. The unit is just perfect! Being a corner unit, the east wall is so bright with the wall of windows and the balcony is beyond perfect! Everything you need is included and has been so well maintained! I wish it were right ON the beach but hearing the ocean waves is no issue as we kept the doors open throughout our stay. I imagine we will be there on April 2024!!

Loved the location, the Back Porch is just behind Sterling Shores. There is a candy store very close for the kiddos. Unit number 804 is just off the elevator. Our view was good from the Magnificent balcony. We had to call for some maintenance issues, that were taken care of. We got any early check in but I did agree to the up-charge, because it was pouring down rain and we had no vehicle. Beyond Blue vacation rentals were always willing to assist. The condo is exactly as pictured, lovely stay at 804 Sterling Shores. The grounds were clean and well kept. This complex is not directly on the ocean, a minimal walk to the beach. Chairs and umbrella are not included.’

Overall great condo with excellent finishes. Very surprised by the adjoining
Lockout which wasn’t in the listing. Conversations an TV from those in the lockout could be heard as if they were in the next room which they basically were. Condo did not feel private as they could also hear us. Would only rent unit again if Lockout is needed as included. Overall it was relaxing.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sterling Shores 804. The condo was impeccably decorated, comfortable and gorgeous! We especially enjoyed the very large balcony, where we spent our mornings and evenings listening to the ocean waves, enjoying the ocean breeze, and enjoyed the beautiful view. We spent our days riding the waves, relaxing poolside, shopping and dining at The Back Porch. Do yourself a favor, and book this condo. You deserve it!

Very beautiful condo with a large balcony looking out over the beach and directly behind The Back Porch. Ease of access to a private beach and 2 pools. Centrally located around lots of things to do and places to eat. The beds were so comfortable and we had all the cooking amenities needed. This was our 2nd time at Sterling Shores and we LOVE it! My only complaint was the construction going on across the street and the constant beeping of forklifts. But hey...they gotta do what they gotta do! Buildings don't build themselves. Looking for a great condo? Choose this one!
