About
Our Sea Breeze is the ideal Sterling Shores Destin studio. Take the time to explore our resort, as well as the amenities offered in our surrounding area and the miles and miles of pristine beaches. This property features not one but two dazzling pools. One 4300 square foot lagoon style resort pool with a large mushroom spray fountain; and a Gulf-front private Beach Club with a beachside pool, seasonally heated for residents and guests.
Simply enter your personal door code into our front door keypad, and your vacation begins! Walk right in and you will quickly unwind and will soon be in that relaxed "feel the beach" state. This fully renovated condo features a king size bed, large Smart TV, full bathroom, kitchenette, folding table and two chairs for breakfast or snack time, and a small balcony where you have partial Gulf views and can let the music of the waves lull you to sleep. The balcony features two new Adirondack rocking chairs and a table for your convenience! Please note the kitchenette although has no cooktop, it has a small toaster oven and microwave, a sink and a mini , who wants to cook while on vacation!!! The kitchenette is perfect for reheating leftovers and breakfast items.
Reserve Sea Breeze on its own for an intimate trip for two, or along with the adjoining 2 bedroom condo next door for a larger group!
In addition to two fabulous pools, Sterling Shores provides private beach access, a wheelchair accessible ramp to the beach, a seasonal beach-front refreshment bar, a 24-hour workout facility, natural gas fed community BBQ grills, and picnic areas.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dish sponge, and coffee packs. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

We liked the apartment (Sterling Shores 804A) and we may choose to go there again. Me and my wife had an enjoyable stay there.
The only recommendation, given that typically there are two people booking, is that the seating area should accommodate a couple. Now there is a single chair inside, and a single patio chair outside, with a minuscule table that cannot properly fit two coffee mugs and two full size plates, a for breakfast, or for lunch.

This was our first time in a brb and it was nothing less than perfect!!! There should be an iron and board in the room but really, who cares, it's vacation.

Great condo for a quick get away for 1-2 people. Very clean with update decor. The bed was comfy. I would have liked another mirror outside the bathroom, a broom to sweep up the sand, and 2 chairs on the deck instead of 1. I would def recommend this condo!

This property is very clean. It's close to The Back Porch Restaurant which we loved and has an awesome swimming pool. We were somewhat shocked to find no decent seating in the room. Turns out it's an "add on" suite for a larger condo. The view of the ocean is okay but minimal. If you want to stay "out and about" all day/evening, this is your spot. If you're wanting to relax and enjoy your room, it's not ideal.

This 1 bedroom unit was extremely clean and decorated so nicely! The bed was soooo comfortable that I didn't want to get up in the morning. We had 2 large chairs to sit in just in case we wanted to read before bed. There is a lot of lighting if needed at night and we loved having the fan over the bed! The bathroom is absolutely huge and fit everything we had. The unit even came with beach chairs so we did not have to bring our own. The unit is just a quick elevator ride to either of the 2 pools or the beach. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the Back Porch restaurant and the Candymaker store (which has everything you may have forgotten in addition to candy or a night time ice cream run). This unit is great on its own but I bet it would really be wonderful to have it with the 2 bedroom unit it is connected to if a larger unit is needed. Everything worked in the unit as described. We will be returning in September! Oh and the beach was impeccable and the best I have ever seen!
