When you’re ready to slow down, Water Song offers a peaceful, private retreat perfect for unwinding and enjoying quiet moments.

*Directly across from Grand Boulevard, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment
*Pickleball paddles included, everything you need for a friendly match is already here
*While the Tops’l Blue Dunes Grill is no longer open to guests, you still have easy access to great beachfront dining and drinks just a short walk away. Once you reach the beach, simply head west along the shoreline toward Sandestin, where you’ll find popular spots like Barefoot’s Beachside Bar & Grill and The Beach House Restaurant Sandestin. Both offer the perfect setting to enjoy sunset views, refreshing drinks, and a relaxed coastal atmosphere right on the sand.
*Can be reserved: On its own (2 bed / 2 bath), or with the adjoining unit "Water Dance" (3 bed / 3 bath + bonus kitchenette)
*Units are separated by a high-security, dead-bolted door when not rented together
*Each unit can be rented separately or together for larger groups
*Minimum age to rent is 25
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

We had a good stay, the beach is close, but to stay right out in front of the boardwalk you have to rent chairs, if you don’t rent chairs you have to walk down the beach some, but it was very beautiful and the water was amazing.

Regarding the beach chairs we do want to let future guests know that renting chairs through the beach service is a great option for securing a prime spot right in front of the boardwalk. However if you prefer not to rent chairs there is still plenty of beautiful beach to enjoy just a short walk down. My family had a wonderful impromptu trip to the beach for the 4th of July. We typically like to stay beachfront; however, the walk to the beach was not bad at all. We were lucky to have found this place!

Place was very clean and away from the madness towards the city. Always great to go out and come back to peace and quite like home. Beach literally 6 min walk if that and pool right outside. Would definitely recommend!!!!

My girls and I had a wonderful time!! The place was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything we ever could have needed, including beach items!! The beach was a close little walk and there was so much to do in the surrounding area too! We would absolutely stay here again!!

This condo was very beautiful. It was updated and nicely decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything you could need. The beds were memory foam and very comfortable. Some of the walls in the condo needed to be repainted but other than that, it was beautiful! The Tops’l Resort area is beautifully maintained. The walk to the beach is short and doable even with little kids. Can’t wait to come back!
