Step into Water Dance and let our charming condo in The Summit at Tops'l welcome you home! We have the area's best Beach, and are centrally located to great shopping, dining and event centers in the area. Rent on its own or with the condo next door for more room.
This Summit condo is located in Tops'l Resort, Tops'l is a wonderful Beachfront development. Basketball, Shuffleboard and Mini Golf are available at the Tides. All are free to play! Please go to the Tide's office for equipment.
This spacious studio is professionally designed. We have renovated and updated every inch of this Studio. We have a king size bed, large Smart TV, a built-in desk, a kitchenette and a sitting nook in the main living area. Our renovated bathroom has a sizeable soaking tub, a large walk-in shower, a double sink vanity with stone sinks, generous counter and drawer space. Our favorite part of this charming condo is the lovely view from the wall to wall windows in the main living area or from the private balcony located off of the main living area. A great view to wake up to and a serene one to fall asleep to!
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. I love the decor throughout and the bathroom was huge! Overall a great stay. Easy check in and check out. I would definitely stay here again.

This room was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. We typically stay at beach manor with family but it didn’t work out this year- so we ended up at summit and had a wonderful time!! I was very nervous about the walk but it ended up not being bad at all. 5 minutes at most, and not a hassle for just my husband and I.
The room was very spacious, clean, and lovely! We are actually building a house and took inspiration from the gorgeous bathroom!
Everything worked as expected, the only thing to note was we should have brought bath towels as well with our beach towels. Only having 3 bath towels was tricky with no washer but only being there a few nights we made it work.
We are already looking to see when we can book here again. We only wish we could bring our pup along!!

This room was great for the short amount of time we were there. Very quiet,clean and spaceous. They community had alot of friendly people that were eager to help with suggestions on dinning and entertainment, or just to have a pleasant conversation.

This room was perfect and the resort was beautiful with a private beach and pools and a tiki bar restaurant. Very safe and quiet. I can't wait to plan my next trip there!

This place was just like the pictures, super clean, and an easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here.
If there is a downside, the neighbors dog barked a lot.

Perfect if all you need is a hotel type room. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Location was perfect.... At the end of all the hotels, so you weren’t surrounded by large condos and people. Would love to visit again

Very nice clean condo, beautiful decor and style. Bed was comfy. Great pool and beach was an easy walk. Only wish was a Kerug machine vs a large coffee pot. My husband doesn't drink coffee so I didn't either. Had to take a short drive to have my morning coffee. Found some good stuff! Definately would be back some day

I recently stayed at this incredible Vrbo rental in Miramar Beach for my birthday week, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The property is stunning, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is unbeatable, offering beautiful views and easy access to the beach.
The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail was thought of, from the luxurious bedding to the well-appointed kitchen. It truly felt like a home away from home.
