Parking: There is enough parking space to accommodate 2 vehicles comfortably, but you can make 3 standard size vehicles fit with some maneuvering. The total length of the parking space for two vehicles is 38 feet, the third car must be parked diagonally. Space is tight, please review the parking picture in the listing should you want to park 3 vehicles.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

This vacation rental was everything. The beach view was amazing. The house was very clean. If you are traveling with family you will have plenty of room. The check in process was very simple. I will be renting it again.

The townhome was nice and clean, location and view was perfect, a/c was excellent, beds were comfy, had lots of extra beach items-chairs, boogie boards. Parking was tricky but manageable for three cars. Management company was professional and friendly when I called w questions before booking.

This townhome was the perfect beach location. Plenty of room to spread out our family. Everyone had their own space. Close to many restaurants and activities that go beyond the sand. Beach chairs and sand toys were included. Our granddaughter especially enjoyed the boogie boards. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved the house! It was close to the beach and had amazing views! We loved that the beach wasn’t too crowded at this place. The beds were super comfortable also. The kitchen had everything we ever needed to cook a large breakfast every morning. Also the beach chairs provided on the property were very nice to have so that we didn’t have to pack our own! It was also conveniently located near some great restaurants. The washer and dryer in the house were so nice to have! The lower level rooms I would suggest a dehumidifier as they were a little musty smelling, but we thought that the house was clean. We would def stay here again.

This was our first time visiting the Destin area. Simply Beachin’ and Miramar Beach did not disappoint. The home has everything you would need and is very clean and well taken care of. We had all of the cooking accessories we needed. And washer and dryer were very convenient. The bedrooms were very spacious with tv’s in every bedroom. And provided plenty of sleeping space for multiple family’s. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, if wanted. The best feature of this rental is the proximity of the beach. Walk right out the back door and you’re in paradise. The beautiful white sand. The crash of the waves. The sunrises and sunsets were beyond compare. We can’t wait for our next visit.

This was our first trip to Destin in almost 20 years and we loved it. We had a wonderful time at Miramar Beach and Simply Beachin' was perfect! It appears that this rental is now under new ownership and they have made a lot of improvements: fresh paint throughout, new mattresses, tv's in every room, remote control ceiling fans throughout and a brand new washer and dryer which was so convenient. We were one of 2 families (11 people) that stayed here during the pandemic which made going out to eat difficult. This kitchen was fully stocked and made staying in for our meals so much easier. The size and layout of this condo made 11 people more than comfortable with plenty of room. The location of this rental is perfect. Short distance to restaurants that were always full and shopping too! Multiple grocery stores within a 6 mile radius which was nice. The best part of this rental is being able to walk out the back door and stepping into the sand. Sunsets and sunrises are perfect from the balcony as well. Crystal clear water and waves that the kids loved all day long. We had chairs and umbrellas for the beach but did notice others around us renting from a local company if you aren't able to bring your own. There are 2 parking spots for this rental which was tight with two very large vehicles but definitely manageable. We absolutely loved this place and cannot wait to go back!!
We loved being so close to the beach. This place has a great layout with the 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor and 2 on the first floor.
