Welcome to "Seaglass" - your soon to be favorite vacation home! If you've been seeking an experience like no other, look no further! This stunning 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home has it all! From various seating areas and entertainment zones, to upscale and newly remodeled decor, the interior of this home will leave you wanting for nothing. It is conveniently located in one of the premiere gated neighborhoods of 30A - just a golf cart or bike ride away from the many stores and beaches this beautiful area has to offer!

Watersound West is ideally located in the heart of 30A. Our house is 0.7 miles from the Old Florida Fish House and Buddy’s seafood market, 1.7 miles from The Hub, 5 miles from Rosemary Beach, and 4 miles from Seaside, and close to Deer Lake State Park beach access.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

This house was everything we could have wanted and more. There was plenty of space for our large family. Everything felt new and clean and beautifully decorated. The house was big and bright, yet incredibly cozy. We absolutely loved the large back patio and view. The neighborhood is stunning and quiet. We enjoyed having the golf cart to get around, and the scenic walk to the pool and beach. The property management company was very kind and helpful. We can’t wait to return!

Our family had a wonderful time staying in Sea Glass. It's our third summer in a row vacationing there and hope to do the same next year. The home is beautiful and well laid out. There's plenty of space for hanging out with family or for retreating to your own space to have a little privacy. Yes, there is a walk to the beach, but it is well worth it. I cannot recommend this home and community enough. It truly feels like home!

We love Watersound West and would definitely stay in this wonderful home again. We found ourselves in town and needing to change rental home locations last minute. This beauty happened to be open for the exact days we needed, and they helped us facilitate a quick check in. It is absolutely stunning and fit our group of 9 wonderfully. Close to great restaurants, huge neighborhood pool and beautiful uncrowded beach! Highly recommend.
