We checked all the boxes to make "Beach Oasis" the perfect Westwind's Gulf Front vacation home in Sandestin Resort. Not only has this stunning condo just been renovated to Wow perfection, our Ocean Front condo has quick beach access, an amazing lagoon pool, a fitness center, and you can explore all of the resort amenities in our 4 seat Golf Cart or via the Sandestin Shuttle!
Upon entry you will notice the new kitchen with quartz counters, stylish tile backsplash to the ceiling and custom cabinetry. The appliances, well designed lighting and custom shelving will appeal to the cooks in your group. Across from the kitchen is the dining area with built-in bench seating. Charm, comfort and functionality never looked so good! The living room area has ample seating overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with a large Smart TV to view your favorite sports and movies. You can access the balcony from the living area, it doesn't get better than this!
The Ocean Front master suite has a king size bed, generous closet space, ocean views, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The master bath features a double sink vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a custom king bed which can be converted into two twin XL's beds upon your request. The guest bedroom has a closet, a Smart TV and floor to ceiling Gulf Front windows. The second bathroom is located in the hallway next to the guest bedroom, with a new quartz top single sink vanity and a combination tub/shower. Additionally, we have a twin size roll away bed, stored next to the full size washer and dryer in our laundry closet.
Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram, no need for a car. The south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. The resort offers amenities for every type of person including four championship golf courses, 12 clay and hard tennis courts, and 6+ pickle ball courts. There is also a large marina on the Bay where you can rent a boat, kayak or paddleboard. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, world class restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options!
Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

The condo is nicely updated. I appreciated the luxury vinyl flooring throughout. It felt very clean. The seating on the balcony was great. The location was amazing. There were only a couple minor issues when we arrived. The comforter on the bed had something gummy on it as well as the floor near it. In the second bedroom, a dresser handle was busted off so we could not use a drawer. Very minor. We enjoyed using the golf cart to get dinner, ice cream, or trips to Publix. It's an older golf cart but still works. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

The condo exceeded our expectations! The condo was so cute and well-decorated, clean and had everything we could ask for and more! The location was perfect, especially for our family (we have two young kids so being steps from the beach is wonderful). In addition to the heated pool, there is also a kiddie pool which again was perfect for our young kids. This rental does come with a golf cart but we didn’t use it. Only request would be to not have to pay the golf cart fee if not using the golf cart. We enjoyed our time together as a family and cannot wait to return!

We had a great time at Westwinds 4722! The place is so nicely updated and PLENTY big for up to 6 people. We loved the kitchen / dining area and it was so spacious! The unit comes with many beach items that are so useful and just overall this was my favorite unit of any I’ve ever stayed at. The view is gorgeous and with the palm trees almost looks like you’re in another country! Everything about the stay was perfect and we will 100% be back!!!

My family and I have been staying at Westwinds for the last 8-9 years and this is our second time staying in this particular unit. I have always looked for other units to stay in but this one is by far the best for us. The unit is modern, clean, and most importantly kid friendly. Our family is already looking forward to our next vacation/stay at this unit.

The property is right on the beach and super convenient being on 3rd floor as you can do stairs if building and elevators are busy. Unit was modern and nicely decorated. Checkin was smooth with the only glitch being the app said check in was at 5 and when we called to see about checking in a bit earlier, they said it should be 4 - glad we called! The only reason I would consider another unit in future is the view from the balcony is pretty much obscured by palm trees so you can barely see ocean. That’s literally the only downside - everything else was great.

We absolutely loved our time here. The condo was fully furnished, clean, and recently upgraded. Our favorite part was the private beach access, which is right outside the building. We got to enjoy the white sand, emerald water, and all the amenities like a heated pool, jacuzzi, close shopping & restaurants, and even a private golf cart with the unit. We definitely recommend this place and will book it again next time we visit the area!

We have stayed at Westwinds for the past 7-8 years and absolutely love the property. We have stayed in multiple condo’s throughout the years and we were extremely satisfied with this condo. We believe we have found a condo that we want to try and book every year for summer and fall vacations. The condo was modernized/up to date, very clean, organized, and felt like home away from home for our family. Highly recommend this particular unit (as long as it doesn’t interfere with my dates, ha).

This is a beautiful remodeled condo with easy access to the best beaches in FL. The kids loved the heated pool and hot tub as well. There were a lot of things to do around with restaurants, shopping and other activities easily accessible using the provided golf cart. I will definitely stay in this condo when I visit the area again!
