"Romancing the Beach" is an amazing 9th-floor Westwinds oceanfront condo. Spend your days basking on our sugar white sands, lounging poolside, or exploring the many amenities of Sandestin Resort via our six-seat golf cart.
*Westwinds offers private beach access exclusively for guests staying at the property
*The 6-seater golf cart is a great way to get around Sandestin
*Access to Westwinds' pool as well as 2 community pools around Sandestin

*Master suite includes a king-size bed, Smart TV, cozy reading nook, large closet, and private balcony access
*Guest bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, and stunning views
*Full-size washer and dryer provided for added guest convenience, making it easy to refresh and pack light during your stay
*Minimum age to rent is 25
Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram or on our Golf Cart, no need for a car. With 7 miles of waterfront, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay and Intracoastal Waterway. The resort offers amenities for every type of person, including 4 championship golf courses (3 open to the public), lighted clay tennis courts, lighted pickleball courts, and 2 large Sandestin Resort pools. Additionally, there is a marina on the Bay to rent boats, kayaks, paddleboards, or bikes. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, renown restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options without leaving Sandestin!
Golf Cart Policy: Please note that we will need a card on file, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance to be received per cart before your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
The Beyond Blue Difference: Our vacation homes are maintained above and beyond industry standards to remove any worry and make your stay with us an ideal, memorable vacation. Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

The owner of the condo truly decorated and provided exceptional quality for their guests. This was intentional and appreciated. Out of all of the condos that we have stayed at while at this particular beach, this was truly the best! We only had one mishap. The code changed without notifying us and it was quite embarrassing with vehicles behind us to get in the garage.

Gorgeous condo! Beautiful views, lovely people staying there. Property mgmt Co was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and condo. Used the golf cart. Extended our stay so much to do.

Entire process from booking to check out was wonderful! The unit was immaculate. The perfect condo for our family. You can tell the owners put thought into everything! They made it somewhere they would stay themselves. My only recommendation would be to have some beach chairs available but that’s definitely not a deal breaker. This unit was perfect and Beyond Blue made it somewhere simple.

We just stayed here for our fall break and loved the unit! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The golf cart was very nice as well and had a built in stereo which was so fun! This company was so great to work with and was available when we needed them. We will definitely rent here again!
