BBV completely updated this vacation home, and once we took this property live, it generated over $42,000 within the first three months. The summer season rental rate was increased to $650 per night, $125 more per night, and the summer fully booked out. With limited owner occupancy in summer and spring seasons, this Destin gem will produce $90,000 to $95,000 a year. What a difference a face lift makes to the revenue stream!
