"Blue Haven" is lovely Sandestin Townhome on the beachside of the resort with a golf cart and close proximity to Miramar Beach, pool access, amenities, and right on the golf course! Beach is only 0.5 miles away and this listing comes with a 6-seat golf cart!
Prepare for a delightful journey as your vacation begins at this gorgeous property on Tivoli Way in Sandestin. Walk right into this sprawling 2nd floor oasis of relaxation and take a load off! The living room features high ceilings and an open floor plan. Sink into the comfortable couch for a movie after a long day at the beach, or head over to the spacious kitchen and cook a meal for the family. Stock up on wine in the wine fridge and enjoy cooking in this beautiful and well equipped kitchen. Enjoy eating your meals either in the charming dining area which seats 6, with 3 additional seats at the bar, or at the dining table on the gorgeous screened in porch.
The master suite is a beautiful space for resting and comfort. With high ceilings, luxurious linens and a king size bed, you will never want to leave. And since no master is complete without its very own private bath, ours features a gorgeous updated bathroom with double sinks, a stand up shower and a spacious bath tub for soaking. The first guest bedroom is located on the front right side and has a king size bed with a beautiful custom bedding ensemble. The second guest bedroom holds a king size bed and has a private bathroom. This guest bath has a combination shower and tub. All bedrooms feature flat screen TV's.
Going up the spiral staircase you will find the third guest bedroom. This cozy and charming space comes with two custom built bunk beds and a Smart TV. The first bunk bed is a twin over queen with a twin trundle underneath, and the second bed is a full size with a full trundle. The upstairs guest bedroom also has a brand new private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a newly renovated full bathroom in the front hall area.
Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram or 4-seat golf cart, no need for a car. The south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. The resort offers amenities for every type of person including championship golf courses, clay and hard tennis courts, and pickle ball courts. There is also a large marina on the Bay where you can rent a boat, kayak or paddleboard. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, world class restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options!
Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Oh my gosh this house was gorgeous! The beds were firm and we loved the decor, especially fell in love with that most comfortable couch. You can easily take a stroll to the beach close by, use the fun golf cart when you need to get around, a delicious juice spot is also not too far off (Clean Juice). All of the rooms were perfect and felt great! The outdoor patio area was so relaxing to use at night, without getting attached by bugs because of the protective mesh. We all loved this Airbnb experience. Thanks again, we absolutely loved it, and would definitely stay there again!

Beyond Blue were highly attentive and great to work with. Kelsey and Meredith not only answered all my emails in a timely manner but followed up when we were there to make sure everything was going well. The unit, which we have stayed in before, is extremely well equipped for large family gatherings- especially the kitchen. Tivoli is our favorite location in Sandestin - bigger units and easy beach access as well as basketball, pickle ball and some of our favorite restaurants at the entrance plaza! Great space for a large family the upstairs bedroom is key for our young adult children! The stairs are a bit of a challenge for our grandparents but there are rails so they were doable.

Very nice unit and very clean. The only issue was that there are 27 stairsteps to have to climb to get from the parking level to the first floor level of the unit. It is in a great location for the beach and all the local attractions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The townhome was very nice within the Sandestin Resort property. The golf cart was a necessity to get to and from the beach. Pool was very nice and a nice break from the beach. Spiral staircase to the "bunk room" might be an issue if you have small kids. Highly recommend.

We had a large group and this house was perfect for me and my family. Perfect location with a golf cart to get you to the beach. We always stay in Tivoli when we come to Sandestin but this is our first in Blue Haven but hopefully not our last. The place was very clean upon arrival. The only complaints we had was not enough towels and the dryer takes three cycles to get anything dry. Overall a lovely place!

The Condo was great! The beach chairs and umbrellas in the condo were great to have. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a serve. The pool is a very short walk and very nice. The only negatives to the stay: The Sandestin Beach was very crowded with beach rentals and very little room if you have your own things. Also the water was green and full of algae which was clearly out of anyones control but disappointing. We checked out the State Park later in the week and it was great! You do not get the resort golf rate unless you book through Sandestin, which would have been good to know.
The golf cart can get you anywhere in the resort. We took it to the beach which is a short walk or a quick golf cart ride. You can also take it to any of the restaurants or the grocery store. Lastly I would recommend renting a pontoon and going to Crab island or one of the shallow areas of the shore of the bay which is way less crowded.

This condo is exactly as it is in the photos! The living room is a wonderful space to gather, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfy! The place was clean and well cared for. The pool is very close and the golf cart made beach access easy. The only negative was how crowded the beach is in this resort. We drove to a different beach or went later in the day, which worked out well for our group.

We booked this property with family members and friends. The layout was great for having your own privacy and yet perfect for eating meals together. The golf cart is an added bonus. We used it to get around and take advantage of what the resort had to offer. We also enjoyed the screened in porch. Of course the beach was very crowded but that was to be expected. There are several swimming pool options if you want to get the Florida sun without fighting the beach crowds.

The house was GREAT!! BUT, people defiantly need to be aware of steps, all 25+ steps to get into the house. My mom is older and had a few issues going up and down. We really had to limit trips because of this. The cleanliness was very good, but there were areas that needed dusting pretty bad.

Overall, we had a good stay. We usually stay in a private house with a pool on vacation so this was very different for us. The condo was comfortable and clean. We fit 3 families comfortably. We had a couple issues that Beyond Blue was able to help with such as very low water pressure in the showers. They came out to replace the shower heads. We were without a dishwasher for the week which was an inconvenience. Who wants to do dishes on vacay? It was great to have the high chair and pack play. The pool is super close proximity which was nice. The golf cart was crucial- so glad to have it. Very nice to be able to use the golf cart tunnel for evening excursions to Baytown. Easy parking at the beach access- but the beach was packed which was unexpected being off season.

This is a great condo to rent. Seating is very comfortable. Nicely decorated. Kitchen is very well stocked. It was nice to have access to some beach chairs and the access to the golf cart was a home run since it seated everyone.
We did have issues with the shower water pressure a bit in 2 of the bathrooms but it would not deter us from renting this unit again.

We have six children (ages 1 to 17) and this was the perfect rental for us. We had more than enough space and the accommodations were great. We loved having the golf cart to cruise around the resort. The Sandestin Resort had so much for everyone to do and we appreciated not having to leave the resort every time we wanted to do something. We had a great experience with Beyond Blue Vacations and were easily able to extend our trip when we made the decision to do so.

We went on a family vacation with my in laws during Christmas week and it was great! Our condo was beautiful, updated, and very clean. Anything you can think of needing they had it there. The outside was very nice to go on the golf cart or for a walk. The booking and check in was super super easy. We would definitely go back and stay here again. This is by far the best experience we have had with a rental in Florida. This condo has everything you need from a waffle maker and griddle to fans to additional pillows. It was extremely clean and looks brand spanking new. There are even beach chairs and sand toys so you dont have bring or buy your own. I will definitely stay here again! Also, the high chair and play pen were such a great addition!

My husband hit his head on it several times coming out of the shower. I would enjoy renting this condo in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was beyond our expectations and exceptionally clean. Plenty of room for our crowd with kids. They had a high chair, pack and play, and kids cups & plates and utensils which was helpful. The kitchen had an abundance of flatware, plates, bowls, cups, dishes, and every kind of cookware you could possibly need. Plenty of towels in the cabinets and the washer and dryer in house made life so much easier to pack lighter. The golf cart made it so easy to load up and go to the beach without getting our car messy and made traveling around the resort fun and easy for parents and kids. Taking the kids across the street in the golf cart tunnell to Bay Town was so fun & EASY for everyone with all kinds of adult and kid activities and restaurants without the traffic of Destin! We had a pool right around the corner when the kids got tired of the beach. We would definitely stay here again! Top of the line Destin experience!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was beyond our expectations and exceptionally clean. Plenty of room for our crowd with kids. They had a high chair, pack and play, and kids cups & plates and utensils which was helpful. The kitchen had an abundance of flatware, plates, bowls, cups, dishes, and every kind of cookware you could possibly need. Plenty of towels in the cabinets and the washer and dryer in house made life so much easier to pack lighter.
