Look no further - you have found the perfect family condo for this year's vacation! Our Miramar Beach vacation home is freshly renovated and stylishly furnished. "Marbella" is located in Emerald Waters, directly across the street from the beach. It comes with a golf cart and a great community pool and is designed for family and friend getaways! Cruise down Scenic 98 in our golf cart to great restaurants and shopping!

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

This condo had everything we needed for our family of 6! The kitchen was great! Being so close to the beach was amazing and the kids loved being next door to the souvenir shop! We used to golf cart to go to dinner and get snacks around the area and the convenience of having it was amazing! Highly recommend this place!

Great, unit was well maintained, clean and nicely decorated. Someone took the effort to actually make it feel as an upscale home. Looking forward to renting it again.

Place was as advertised. A bit loud for my liking, but I should have expected that on the main drive on water. Golf cart was so clutch for my family and beach - get around access. Bed was comfortable and Shower was wonderful.

The condo was extremely nice and better than expected. It was completely updated, and my kids loved the bunk room. It is very coveniently located across the street from the beach and an easy walk. The beach access does have steps so you cannot carry a wagan (for those with kids). The pool was never crowded and easily accessible. Very close to a lot of restaurants, CVS down the street, and Alvin's Island was across the road. The only thing in the condo that we could not get to work was the washer but we were only there a short time so not a big deal.
This is completely out of the complex's control but the elevator was broken the whole time we were there due to an electrical storm so that was a bummer, especially when loading and unloading. Also, just FYI, the strip of beach is noisy at night due to kids riding golf carts and scooters down the strip. It didn't really bother me but if you are sensitive to noise it might. Overall a great stay; I would defintely return and hope the elevator is fixed :)
