"Deja Blue" is a must-see ocean-view condo, close to Miramar Beach, with access to a pool and hot tub. Only 0.2 miles to the beach!
Walk right in and allow the calm atmosphere of this lovely home to put you at ease. We feature a comfortable open floor plan for the whole family to enjoy. The kitchen overlooks the living room and balcony, making for great views as you cook. We have installed brand new sprawling counters which allows for the cook to easily communicate with their family and be a part of the fun even when prepping a meal! You will find that the kitchen is spacious, well lit and stocked with everything you may need to cook and serve/enjoy meals. The oversized kitchen island seats 6 comfortably. After your meal, you can gather around our large flat screen smart TV or take a breath of fresh air on the balcony. Our views from this condo are simply spectacular!
Our master suite features a comfortable king size bed, generous closet space, a flat screen smart TV and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat screen smart TV, great closet space and access to the hall bathroom. Additionally, the living-room sofa doubles as a queen sleeper for any extra guests and friends! You can reserve this home separately as a 2 bedroom/2bathroom condo, or along with its adjoining studio condo, turning it into a 3/bedroom 3/bathroom stunner! When reserved on its own, the heavy-duty adjoining door is locked at all times.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

We loved staying at 908 Summit. It was beautifully decorated and a wonderful location to all things Destin and Seaside. The kitchen was stocked and the beds were comfortable. I do wish we had access to the gym. If you want the gym and spa, you need to book through Vacasa. FYI, the bathtub stopper doesn't work. I couldn't take a bath. Overall, I highly recommend this condo. I would stay there again!

This unit was nicely decorated, updated, spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The resort in general is well kept and felt safe. Loved the beach and the pools. Checking in and out was easy. We did have a plumbing issue which was dealt with promptly and professionally. Location was great- close to shopping and dining options.

We were blown away by the cleanliness and brightness of the condo. It's beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. The views of the ocean and Topsail Hill Reserve State Park were amazing. The TOPS'L Resort is very nice with all the amenities you'd expect (tennis courts, pickle ball courts, exercise rooms, and even miniature golf). It's an extremely clean and secure resort and well manicured/landscaped throughout. The Summit is only a short 5 minute walk to Miramar Beach with nice paved sidewalks to/from the condo. The Summit Pool and Spa were very clean and offered a nice break from the beach. We will definitely stay here again when we come back! One final note, there is an attached studio apartment (locked door in between) that we did NOT rent out, but there were other guests staying there during our stay. We could occasionally overhear them through the door and I'm sure they could also hear us. Next time, we'll invite more people with us and rent out the studio apartment as well.

It’s decorated beautifully, the view is amazing, very close to the pool and it was extremely clean!! The only downfall is it is a little longer walk to the beach than I had hoped and the beachfront is CRAZY overcrowded and other places wont let you sit in front of their place (was asked to leave).

We were so please with our stay. The Beyond Blue vacation app made checkin and checkout very simple. The condo was BEAUTIFUL! It looked like a model home. We didn't use the ammenities because it was late November, but the pool etc. looked very nice and the grounds were well maintained. We would definitely stay there again.

908 Summit was a perfect fit for us this visit to Florida. We have stayed in many rentals and this is one of my favorites! The condo was bright and nicely down with decor.
Clean condo and a great ocean view. We were very impressed with the start up on soap, laundry pod, towels and the service. Great place to stay and we hope to return. Loved it!

We love this room! The kitchen is so nice and open! Room was clean. Property is just beautiful as well. Our pool and hottub was packed at night but during the day it wasnt that bad. The pool is a heated pool but they weren't heating it.

This was/is a fabulous unit. The interior decoration is excellent/very beautiful but also very functional. Lots of places for many people to comfortably sit in the living room. Nice big open space allowing easy access from kitchen to living room and vice versa. Washer and dryer work extremely well. Very, very nice Ninja Air Fryer which we used a lot. You cannot get a better view than what you have from the master BR of unit 908. Unbelievable. So nice. The master BR is huge and a nice, functional lightweight vacuum is available in the closet. We vacuumed a lot to keep the floors clean while we were there. This unit is really close to the elevator, but it's *not* noisy from ppl passing by. Elevators are *not* a long wait at all. Summit pool was wonderful, was cleaned each day, and the pool water was the perfect temperature, it was warm enough so that you could comfortably swim all the way to closing time (10pm). Just a couple small things that would've improved our already great stay: (1) firmer mattresses for the beds, especially the ones in the non-master BR (but they were still ok, *not* uncomfortable), and (2) more storage for clothes in the non-master BR - this BR only just has 2 very small closets, with one already filled w/beach toys and other things, and 2 very very small dresser drawers. This is a great unit, and Beyond Blue were great to deal with. We highly recommend staying here. We stayed here and also rented the adjacent 1BR (908A) for 2 weeks. The 2 weeks were great!

Absolutely wonderful condo! 5 star review! This condo was everything we expected! Was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Included plates, utensils, pots, pans, you name it. I was super grateful for the extra towels. We were not expecting towels and brought our own as instructed to do so and to our surprise located tons of towels under the sinks in the bathrooms. The washer and dryer were life savers and helped when packing for our return home! Beach was a 5 minute walk and we didn’t need to use the shuttle that was provided by the resort. The pool was amazing and always hate plenty of seating and tables available. I will say the elevators could use some TLC. Many times only 2/3 of them were working. As far as the building appearance goes it was nice. We did see a rat one of the days waking from the pool to the elevators. My daughter thought it was funny but I can see how someone may be unpleased by it if you aren’t as forgiving like me. Overall our experience was fantastic and we will more than likely rent this condo again in the future!

Our family stayed at Summit 908 in March 2021. This is the first trip we've taken in some time, and the accommodations made it all that much better! Very clean unit, appears to be recently remodeled. View of the ocean was nice. Price was very reasonable for proximity to beach. Beach access is an under 5 minute walk. The second bedroom had 2 queen sized beds. Our boys were glad to not have to share a bed. And a second bathroom is a game changer. The living space and kitchen were spacious, the kitchen had all the tools, utensils, cups, plates, etc. that you could need. Having laundry in the unit for all the sandy beach towels was very convenient as well. They say the pool is not heated but we found it a very nice temperature, even for March.
General condition of the building was ok. They were currently working on the roof. They only worked at reasonable hours and it didn't bother us much. I'm glad they are making improvements, and keeping up the property. The gated community was very well kept. Nice sidewalks and pretty landscaping. Security on-site.
Location was perfect; between Destin & 30A. We visited both.
There were only a couple small hiccups that were corrected upon contacting management. When we arrived the guard gate gave us a parking pass for another high rise in the gated community. We have a common last name and there was another booking with the same last name. We got that figured out fairly easily. The second issue was the connecting door between 908 (our unit) and 908A (the conjoining unit) was open. We went ahead and pulled the door shut and locked it, but I could see how some guests might assume the whole area was for them. The day after we checked in, another couple occupied the conjoining room. So that could have gone wrong if we hadn't pulled the door shut. If you have a larger party you could certainly rent 908 & 908A to have plenty of space.

The rental property was nice. The grounds were clean. The condo was clean as well. The starter kit was adequate.We were on the ninth floor and had a view of the sun rising every morning. It was so beautiful. We had an issue with the blinds and management got back to us immediately and had it fixed within 24 hours. We came to pool/beach it and that’s exactly what we did. pool by ocean is definitely heated. Not sure about the pool that was closest to our condo. It definitely felt rather chilly the first couple of days, but by the end of the trip, it was a little bit warmer. It was a very relaxing vacation. Also, there may be an issue with the door. We did notice on a windy day that wind was whipping in through lower side of the door and creating a whistle. Probably just needs to be rehung or weatherstripping added. It was a great spot for us. I would definitely stay there again.
