White Sands Gorgeous Beachfront Townhome in Destin with Amazing Views

The rental was everything and more. I was very pleased with the accommodations and the location. Next time I plan to stay longer!

Such an amazing experience. We stayed here for a big family vacation and there could not be a more perfect house than this. We have somewhat expensive tastes when it comes to vacations and this house did not disappoint. The access to the beach, directly out the back door, and the 3 different deck spaces to entertain made it the best experience possible. We went during Spring Break and the beaches were packed, however the beach that the home sits on has about a 1/4 mile stretch of private beach. So while the beaches around us were very busy, ours was only for the 10 or so houses that sit on it. And there was a security guard to keep others out. This was so nice as our young children could go to and from the house from the beach without us worrying about strangers on the beach between the home and beach. Inside it was immaculate. Recently remodeled, the quality of work was amazing. I am a high end General Contractor and these owners did not spare an expense when doing this property. We will absolutely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay. Beautiful views, very clean, ample seating for large families. Outdoor decks and furnishings were the best we have seen. We loved it! We had our 3 children, their spouses and 6 grandchildren with us. We had a wonderful vacation.

This property is clean and plenty of room for the 13 guests we had! So convenient to be located on the beach and having a downstairs refrigerator helped us separate lunch/drinks from dinner groceries up stairs! Decorated to a tee and conveniently located between two great sea food restaurants within walking distance. Absolutely beautiful and stunning views!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and I wish we stayed longer. The house has several different areas to gather and hang out including multiple outdoor options. There are plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The house was clean and well decorated too. We found everything to be perfect and loved the space for dinners and games. Not to mention the VIEW! This stretch of beach was absolutely lovely. The area in general is convenient and really beautiful. Our only complaint would be the mildew smell on the bottom floor. I know it happens in beach homes but this was very expensive and that felt a little off. Overall, we Highly recommend!

Wonderful townhouse with great amenities and location.
Just to clarify the layout, the beach level floor has 2 bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is a sitting room with a TV and a kitchenette. Top floor has 3 bedroom's with a loft h=that has 3 beds. This place was great for 3 families to hang out together or have your own space.

This house has a completely stocked kitchen. It is right on the beach, or you can lay out on the decks! The only problem we had is the basement smells like mold!

Well where to start...we had a party of 12, 9 adults and 3 kids, several had never experience this before including my 4 1/2 yr old grandson. the whole experience was off the chart great!! We had stayed in 14 in 2015 but it was NOTHING like it was then. As I am told Teri, the owner and Michelle who helped her ( I appoligize if I have that wrong) did a FANTASTIC job on 14, the place was magnificent in every way. The design changes, the stairway to downstairs which wasn't there in 2015 and not to mention the beloved outdoor shower which was put to extensive use ( I persoally never did shower inside!!) the additional privacy and on and on, great job y'all!! Gotta say too Lyza and Tina at Beyond Blue were wonderful! I did suggest to Lyza that you update the photos on the website because they do not depict the kitchen area downstairs properly, photos show a fridge but not as upgraded with fridge, sink, wine cooler and island, also some pictures showing the downstairs access more clearly. Well all in all a GREAT trip to GREAT Beachhouse!! I have stayed in some of the other Green Reefs but 14 takes the prize !! Thanks so much for the memories!!

I felt like I was staying at a place straight out of Coastal Living Magazine . So very clean and fresh . We have been traveling with the same families for years to Destin and this is by far the best place we have ever rented . We were devastated when the place we originally rented was cancelled on us but we were happy when we arrived because it was so much better . We loved enjoying all the restaurants within walking distance. We decided to not rent a car rather just a golf cart for the week this was the best decision ever so much fun. We were able to go everywhere we needed to on the cart. I just can’t say enough positive things about this beautiful townhouse . Already booked it for next year . LOVED IT …

Overall, the experience was very good.

As one of our family said "This experience has ruined staying at public beach resorts".

Some constructive feedback:
(1) Though not controllable by the property managers themselves, the saying still goes "You can't pick your neighbors". We had some folks who loved their music loud and were particularly picky about their spot on the beach. Expect to get up anywhere from 7-8 AM to ensure you get out to the beach and claim your position.
(2) One of the dining room chairs was basically broken, because the chair leg bolt was not seating into the chair itself. Thankfully, no one sat in it or they might have enjoyed a nice fall. We called the next day and maintenance came out and took it away.
(3) Though we know the property managers reserve the right to make changes to the property, when we initially booked it months in advance, the bed arrangement was better: less double beds and more queen/king beds. That was an unfortunate finding upon our arrival.

We will definitely consider doing the whole private beach property rental again in the future regardless!

Loved the location. The house was plenty big enough for our party of 12. Was comfortable except for the showers were a bit small, beds uncomfortable and the kitchen small. The furniture was excellent for our troop. There were enough areas for each to get some space but enough room for us to eat and watch the Olympics together and play games. The outside shower was a huge plus as that kept up from tracking in sand. We put the grill to use and was easy to use another great plus.

This townhome was just beautiful, everything was pristine and beautifully decorated! Location was awesome. We really enjoyed that the beach was right out the back door! Such a serene and relaxing place. Highly recommend this home!

The house is in the perfect location, walk straight out onto a white sandy beach that has it's own private section so it is not overcrowded. We were 11 adults so needed 6 rooms, some of the 'rooms' are add-ons with just bunk beds slotted into some nooks etc. so if privacy is needed there are really only 4 bedrooms. Sofas can be used as beds as well so this is a great house for families to use for vacation. I would definitely go back again, it really was great.

OMG this place is amazing! It is the perfect location and private beach. We were so excited when we opened the front door and could see the gulf through the big picture windows. This place had absolutely beautiful decor and so clean. We were thrilled with all the space we had so many different areas to enjoy. We would start off our morning having coffee on main level deck and end our evenings on beach level deck playing cards , games etc while listening to the beautiful sound of the gulf. Also enjoyed the outdoor private shower in which everyone fought over because it was so relaxing to take a shower outside ( it had hot and cold water) while looking at the ocean and feeling the air . This beach level deck was even great on the one rainy afternoon we had because we were able to sit there while staying completely dry. We also loved the top deck off of master bedroom it was so spacious with a sectional and double chaise lounge . We spent hours out there star gazing even fell asleep out there one night. This beautiful beach house could not of been more perfect for the three families staying . The master bedroom had stairs leading to a really large bunk room that can sleep 5. The junior suite on same level had a private full bath with a bunk room off of it . The beach level had two bedrooms adjoined by a jack and jill bath . One bedroom had two double beds and the other had double with twin bunk over . Also on this level was a sitting area with large TV and another area with refrigerator. Each family had their own private space to get away to . We have not ever been to a place that was this well maintained . They even had a Ninja blender ( I know that is silly but other places we have rented had cheap blenders that couldn’t crush ice ) which was great because we love making frozen drinks. Just great is all I can say . I don’t know maybe it was us or maybe this place , which was amazing , but we had the very best vacation we have ever had . We will MOST DEFINITELY book this next year and probably every year . This will be our go to place from now on . We may even go in the fall or spring because we loved it that much . It was so reasonably price for what we got specially since we split it among three families . I know this place was recently remolded and from what we were told it is having more done in the winter, can’t wait to see the changes next year. You can tell the owner takes great pride in this place by the way it’s maintained. Thank you for a perfect vacation , see you next year. ( we tried to book for next year but it doesn’t look like the calendar is open that far out ??? We want to make sure we get in before it books up )
