"Serenity Now" is a beautiful Tivoli Townhome on the Beachside of Sandestin Resort. Our property is conveniently located near the beach, features a large community pool, comes with a golf cart, and is situated directly on the Baytowne Golf Course.

Only one vehicle is permitted per unit, and parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram or on our Golf Cart, no need for a car. With 7 miles of waterfront, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay and Intracoastal Waterway. The resort offers amenities for every type of person, including 4 championship golf courses (3 open to the public), lighted clay tennis courts, lighted pickleball courts, and 2 large Sandestin Resort pools. Additionally, there is a marina on the Bay to rent boats, kayaks, paddleboards, or bikes. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, renown restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options without leaving Sandestin!
Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

The place was nice.
However, our golf cart that was rented with the condo did not work. We did not have a golf cart for two days of our stay which was the main reason we chose to stay here and not on the beach. Golf carts are fun!
It took some strong talking and convincing to get another one. We were refunded $75 for the 2 days we were without.
Other than that it was very nice and great location!

We loved our stay Tivoli 5266. This was our first time staying in the Sandestin Resort and we loved it. The condo provided everything our family of five needed with space for more people if needed. Steps away from the pool and a golf cart that allowed us to travel throughout the resort with ease to all the amenities the resort offered including the beach. The section of the beach provided for the resort is crowded but we expected that being summertime in Destin! We will definitely return and highly recommend this condo!

Excellent location, plenty of space for our family of 5. The fact we had three bathrooms, a golf cart and a screened in porch were all a big plus. A binder listing WIFI information along with golf cart location and keys would be very helpful. The unit does need a little TLC in the owners suite. There was a plumbing leak in the unit above that was addressed, however, the drywall in this unit has not been repaired.

We were pleased with the size of the condo and the location to the Hilton as we were in the area for a work conference. The large living dining area was a plus. The golf cart allowed us to get around the resort and it was easier to find parking for a golf cart than a car! I felt we left the unit cleaner than we found it, however. The management company needs to schedule a deep clean.

We have stayed in this condo for 2 summer vacations now and highly recommend. The place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is perfect; very close to the pool and a short ride/walk to the beach. The 6 person golf cart with Bluetooth is perfect. If you are looking for a place at Sandestin look no more!

We had a great stay at this property for Thanksgiving. It was roomy and well appointed. Also having a patio on the golf course was nice. And the golf cart made trips to the beach and Baytowne Wharf that much more fun.

This condo is beautifully decorated and very spacious. There is plenty of room to relax. The unit was clean. It is a ground unit with a unit above so there was some noise. I would recommend this unit to anyone visiting and would rent this unit again in the future.

This unit is on the ground floor very close to the pool which is so convenient. The home is very large with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The back screened in porch area was very nice in the evenings. Overall a very quiet unit in a convenient location!

This rental is centrally located in San Destin Resort, with the nearby pool and beach close by. It is well equipped with comfortable furnishings. The group upstairs was noisy at night with a lot of moving and shuffling around.

This condo was beautiful. Everything was brand new--furniture, appliances, and was beautifully decorated. The layout was perfect for our two families (8 people total) to stay comfortably. The golf cart made beach trips convenient! We loved driving the trails in the evenings and over to Baytowne Wharf. I would definitely recommend to stay here!

My family and I were in need of a quick getaway from the craziness in this world and boy did this trip do it! Condo was beautiful, well maintained and spacious. Very comfortable stay for my family of six. Beautiful views out back, and steps from the pool which my kids enjoyed. The golf cart conveniently allowed us to access the bread and some delicious restaurants close by. Just make sure you ask the person at the gate for directions. Lol. Well stocked with everything you’ll need for your stay and to cook meals if needed. Definitely would visit again!
This condo and Sandestin in general is spectacular. We have stayed in a lot of places in Destin and along 30A and this condo is our kids favorite. So many things to do here in the community but also close to what Destin has to offer. Well appointed kitchen has led to many fine meals cooked up. And being right on a fun golf green makes hanging out at the end of the day a fun family event.
