Welcome to "Sol Mate"! Our home is in the Villas of Frangista, located in the heart of Miramar Beach. It is a new, quiet, gated community with cobblestone streets within minutes of the beach and a community pool. Sol Mate is close to favorite local restaurants and great shopping. Seascape Golf Resort is practically next door, offering the public tee times and lighted clay tennis courts. Stroll to one of the many great coffee places and enjoy a coffee beach-front, or check out Pompano Joe's, Whale's Tail, or Surf Hut for a bite, dip in the community pool, or catch some rays on our sunny sands!

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

We had fabulous stay at Sol Mate. The home was clean and as pictured online. We had a little bit of confusion with codes on arrival. The team was easy to reach and provided quick responses and we had no issues after that. An easy company to work with.

The booking, checking in/out was easy. Home was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Golf cart was charged and ready for use. It was perfect for our family vacation. The use of the pool was nice too.

The website does not do the rental justice, it was above and beyond our expectations. We had a large group of 14 and the home was more than enough for our group. It was very clean and had everything we needed for the kitchen and even had a baby high chair and pack and play. I would highly recommend the home to anyone looking for a nice, clean, close the the beach property.

This house was perfect!!! The house was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with all pots, pans, utensils, etc. We could not have been any happier with the house. We give beyond blue and the house a 10 on a 0-10 scale. We thank beyond blue for helping us to have a wonderful vacation!!!

Great house. Awesome location. Very comfortable stay.
We have enjoyed our stay at Sol Mate. The house's location in a gated community provided a sense of security for our family. The house is beautifully decorated with modern decor. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and up-to-date, with large walk-in showers. The golf cart provided was much newer than the one pictured in the ad. Using the cart added to the fun, and many destinations easy to reach without loading up in our vehicles. Many great memories made!
