"Destin Nation By You" is a charming beach condo sure to become your favorite vacation spot! Regarding summertime fun or winter getaways, it's all about location. This home boasts lovely views of the Gulf from our balcony or windows, quick beach access, a large community pool, close proximity to all the best shopping and eateries in town, and, of course, a charming and relaxing atmosphere throughout the home itself.
*Only 645 feet from the deeded beach access, directly across the street — just a quick stroll to the sand

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Overall, our stay was awesome! However, the beds were very uncomfortable, though, and the sliding glass door is hard to open and close and it will not lock

We are not quite beach front, that's true, but we are located across the street from the beach and even have some beach views! The beach is a stone's throw (less than a minute walk) from us, and there are many restaurants, shops and more in walking distance. This is a wonderful location! If you need a different location for future stays, please let us know what your needs are so that we can meet and exceed them!

We came to stay for a weekend at the beach with golf - the guys were very happy to be able to access multiple courses closeby, and we all were very pleased that we were part of the private beach access as we like our space and not the summer crowds. The place was well furnished and took care of all our needs, and we enjoyed sitting on the patio everyday. We will be back!

We enjoyed Emerald Waters 401 very much ! The unit was spacious and the location was great .. beach across the street ..large balcony .. The couple minor issues we had.. new water filter replacement for refig. .. light bulb over dining room table . windows on balcony cleaning and new flapper on master bathroom toilet were addressed very promptly by Beyond Blue ( didn't wait more than an hour for those various fixes so that was impressive.)We loved having flatscreen TV's in living room and all three bedrooms. The view of the Gulf across the street was beautiful and we were only two blocks walking distance to Pompano Joes' beachfront restaurant. Looking forward to returning to Emerald Waters once again and Beyond Blue staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful !

You are only steps away from the beach when you rent #401.......plus you get an incredible view of the water from this fourth floor unit! The condo is spacious with 3 large bedrooms and 3 baths and all new furnishings. One of the best features of this place is the balcony where you can eat while watching the water and take in the gulf breeze. There is a delightful pool an hot tub too. Look no further! Reserve #401 in Emerald Waters.
