"Deja Blue Too" is a spectacular little gem located in the middle of it all; the best beaches, shops and eateries are all within a mile radius and you will still enjoy the peace and quiet of this secluded location. Just a 3 minute walk to the private beach in Tops'l!

Heavy-duty adjoining door remains locked when rented separately
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Fantastic studio! Gorgeous upscale coastal chic décor with attention to detail made this a luxury vacation. Tons of storage. We loved having a double sink vanity. But the best thing was the view. A serene nature preserve with green trees that go all the way to the beach where the gentle waves and that turquoise water laps the white sand. It was a slice of paradise. The unit is exactly as the photos and description says. But there were a few things I wish I had thought through before our stay: A “kitchenette” means a small microwave, and a small half fridge with no freezer or icemaker. We bought a cooler at Publix and every morning bought a bag of ice to keep our drinks cold at the beach. The other thing we didn’t realize mattered was no washer and dryer (Too bad they can’t put a small stackable one in the large closet, probably due to venting issues?). It was really humid, so the towels never dried before it was time to shower again. We had to call and ask for new towels twice. Bottom line, this studio is like a luxury hotel room without turndown service, daily towels or an ice maker. The walk down the hill to the beach wasn’t bad if you weren’t carrying chairs and a cooler. It was a little challenging going uphill. To avoid this, we ended up renting chairs and umbrella from Dolphin Beach Service on the boardwalk leading to the beach. TIP: If you want to have chair service on the front row, call and reserve in advance. We didn’t, and only rows 3 and 4 in the back were open. We will definitely go back. But maybe next time we’ll grab another couple and upgrade to rent 908 instead of 908A. It’s a 2-bedroom that has a full kitchen, washer/dryer and a couch.

We had a wonderful stay at the Summit. The walk to the beach is not too long. It's a little harder walking back :) Our information said that the shuttle was running, but it didn't run at any time we were there. The only other issue is that we were not listed on the security file so took a few minutes to get into our room. The room itself was awesome! It was extremely clean and we had a great view of the ocean from our balcony. We needed extra towels and they were delivered within a half hour! We come to the Miramar beach area twice each year and we still found some new places to eat. We would for sure come back, as well as recommend to our friends.

908A was a fabulous studio! It had been beautifully and thoughtfully upgraded with a relaxing spa feel: soaking tub and walk-in shower and a very comfortable bed. Lyza and Tina from Beyond Blue were both friendly and helpful with communication from booking to check-in.

My husband and I were very impressed with our stay. The unit was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! The walk to the beach wasn’t very long and we could stop at the beach bar on the way down to grab a drink. The pools were all very nice and surprisingly the pool water was nice and cool! We were able to walk over to The Beach House and to the Ocean Club to get dinner and both places were great. We would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed at many Tops'l Units before (in the Summit, Beach Manor, and Tides buildings), but we had never rented through Beyond Blue before. This was a really nice experience. The unit is gorgeous. No mold in the shower or tub like there is in many other rental units. The king bed is to die for; the mattress is very high quality and comfortable, reminds me of a Westin Heavenly Bed. The toilet appeared to be brand new and worked very well. Just a few small things that need to be fixed: (1) we rented both 908 and 908A together, but there is no doorknob at all on either side of the door that connects 908 and 908A (so it was kinda hard to get between the units whenever someone closed the door), (2) 908A has no deadbolt on the front door, it is secured only by the door code, which means anyone with the door code can enter at any time (one day, someone from maintenance came in through that door while we we were there, in the adjacent unit, we were surprised when they came in), (3) the sliding door to the balcony had a very loose handle, it needs to be tightened, or else it might fall off and then the door to the balcony can't be opened, (4) The toilet paper holder kept falling off. Overall, we had a really great stay. Beyond Blue called us a couple of times to check in on us and ask if everything was ok. I highly recommend this unit and also Beyond Blue. Oh, some more things: the bath towels were nice thick fluffy soft, which was a really pleasant surprise. The internet was great/reliable. The TV is amazing! and situated just perfectly for watching TV in bed. Great channel selection. The electric shades were a very nice touch and worked very well. The view that the unit had was really nice. Lots of very well-placed electric outlets (for all our devices). I could go on...but, basically, this is a really, really nice unit, and the Beyond Blue team was great!

We had an amazing time staying in this condo. You can tell that it is newly renovated and they did everything right. The bathroom is jaw dropping. Who doesn’t love a king sized bed? Ceiling to floor blinds at the push of a button. And a great view of both the ocean and the pool to top everything off. Very short walk to the beach. The grill with delicious food and tons of drink options (buy thr refillable cups) along the way to the beach. Remember that check in information is found in the separate Hospitality App or call and they will be happy to help you. Everything right down to the details were perfect. We will be checking if this room is available on our next trip!
