"Ocean Dream" is a super clean, newly built townhome just 2 or 3 minutes from Sandestin (Baytowne Wharf, weekly live fireworks in the Summertime, Margaritaville, Golf Courses, and so much more) and Grande Boulevard (Movie Theater, Publix Supermarket, Wine World, shopping, and live music). Our beautiful sugar-white beaches are a 7-minute ride by car!

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that we will need a card on file, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance to be received per cart before your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

The home we stayed in was awesome even more so the service from the Beyond Blue Vacation reservation and costumer service agents and the technicians who addressed our needs before and during our stay at 15 Sandhill Pines. The same home is listed on other vacation websites but only Beyond Blue was willing to answer our inquiries without giving us the run around. We live close by but had to rent this home for 40 days so we can have necessary repairs done to our home. The staff treated us with genuine warmth and respect and the company gave us a great rate which, I doubt, we would have gotten if we had rented elsewhere. Thank you very much Beyond Blue for helping a neighbor in their time of need. We will highly recommend you to anyone looking for a nice, affordable place to stay in the area. Shout out to Merideth, Kelsey, and Nino for all the help!
