Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once our initial amenity package is depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

This home created the perfect escape for our family to Destin before Christmas. The views from the balconies were incredible! Perfect amount of bedrooms and space to hang out as a family. Plenty of patio furniture to enjoy the breeze from the ocean or sunset. The walk to the beach is right out the back door and over the sand dunes. The neighborhood feels safe with security at the front and provided a nice area for walking. Also, 3 swimming pools were a nice addition to the amenities. Only complaint would be a few new kitchen supplies but we were still able to enjoy plenty of home cooked meals together. Highly recommended this beautiful home for a relaxing stay in Destin.

If you want to have a relaxing vaca this is the place for you. The view is amazing, you can watch the boats come thru the pass each morning from a totally unobstructed view. Only a few steps to the beach and close to stores for shopping. You literally cross Hwy 98 at the red light and you can shop for food while avoiding all of the traffic on Hwy 98. Also the best restaurant, Louisiana Lagniappe, is on Holiday Isle so no need to fight the traffic. There is also a mexican restaurant and sandwich shop on Holiday Isle so again no need to fight the traffic. All of the beds were comfy and the outdoor furniture was very nice and comfortable. We have stayed in this house three times and I would not hesitate to book it again.

We will definitely stay here again! Property and home is beautiful. We had 8 people in our party. There was plenty of room. The beach access was incredible. Location on the beach has you isolated from thr crowds. The ocean, sand, and accommodations exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at Destin Pointe in a different home in the past. This one although more expensive was superior. There are breathtaking views from almost every room! We would change only two things.
1. For a house of this size, there should be more bath towels, face clothes and hand towels. We had to wash clothes everyday. There are no beach towels. We had to buy 8 of them that we didn't want to repack to bring home. A bit wasteful. We left them at the house. Maybe they will be there when we return. The other thing that would be nice is if the house had some games for bad weather days. Board games, checkers, chess, etc. Most homes we have rented have these types of activities. Wifi and direct DC is not the best (slow, delayed), but you are on vvacation in paradise so you shouldn't need it!

To address the few suggestions: 1) Number of towels: we have a set number of towels for every home which depends on how many people that property sleeps. 2) Beach towels: Thank you for leaving the beach towels! We do not provide beach towels as they disappear within one or two stays. Your towels will be used by the following guest and then donated to a local animal rescue once they wear out. 3) Games: This is such a great suggestion! We purchased Clue, Jenga, Monopoly Deal, Sorry and a combo set of Backgammon/Chess/Checkers! You will have such a blast on family night on the next trip down here! Hopefully there will be no bad weather, but games can still be enjoyed on serene evenings with family. - BBV

This rental was clean and had great access to the beach. My only negative reviews are that they don't provide beach towels, wifi is spotty and the stairs are open so it was hazardous for young children. Would not recommend to families with toddlers.

My extended family gathered at this lovely home right on the waterer a week to enjoy Thanksgiving and respite together. The home was directly on the water and it was stunning. We had our own access to the beach and it could not have been any better. Home was well equipped for the Thanksgiving meal needs. The beds were very comfortable and the decor tastefully done. We have been traveling to Destin for 20 years and this is by far the nicest home we have ever rented. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back again!!

This place was perfect for my group of 10 ladies. We came to Destin to gather and play pickle ball. We were surprised to find that we could actually play right here at the subdivision. The ocean view, the accommodations were perfect. We had our groceries delivered and we never left the area. We had everything we needed and more.

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous home right on the beach. The house is sleek and modern, but at the same time warm and comfortable. We loved the spacious rooms, stylish decor and most of all, the fabulous ocean views.

Just a wonderful time. Beach house sits in the perfect spot. We felt like we were the only ones there at the beach. We did discover that only 3 tv's can be on at one time and we had 5 bedrooms with tv's but couldn't use them.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at this home. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, beachfront with great fishing just outside the house. My grandchildren loved the close beach access. It was a beautiful view from most of the home and easy access with ample parking. We would definitely consider this rental again in the future.
