Welcome to "Summer Lovin'"! This incredible Beachfront condo has it all! This beautiful area has a great location, unparalleled beach views, and is close to activities and events!
*Located on the 6th floor overlooking the Gulf
*Direct beach access, simply go downstairs and step right onto the sand!
*Complimentary beach setup includes two chairs and one umbrella, available March 1st–October 31st
*Open-concept layout connects the living room and dining area
*Large Smart TV in the living room
*Ample seating with a comfy sofa and extra chairs
*Dining table seats 6 comfortably, plus 3 seats at the kitchen island
*Outdoor dining table on the balcony overlooking the Gulf
*In the kitchen, there are stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and generous cabinet storage
*Fully stocked with cookware, serving pieces, and everything you need for meals at home
*The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom
*The guest bedroom includes two twin over twin custom bunkbeds and a custom queen bed - this room sleeps 6 comfortably
*Two completely renovated bathrooms
*Minimum age to rent is 25
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

This condo was the perfect place to spend Spring Break with our three children. The condo was beautifully decorated. The bunk room was a huge hit with the kids. Having access to the storage closet to store chairs, the ice makers, and the washer/dryer, made the stay even better. The location was very convenient to shopping, grocery stores & restaurants. The beach was clear and beautiful! I can’t say enough about this place and look forward to staying again!

Accommodations were spot on. Access to beach, shops, and restaurants were all great. Only recommendation is having a small cooler for beach but other than that everything was fantastic! Would definitely stay again!

When you order an UBER, you’re never quite sure what you’re going to get until it pulls up… same way with condo rentals. Is it going to be a Honda or a Cadillac?! This place is a Bentley!! Incredible view, super easy beach access, fully stocked kitchen, chairs and umbrella set up for you each day, Wi-Fi strong, beds super comfortable and great location. It is perfect!!

This place was absolutely beautiful and perfect in every single way! The owners definitely put time and thought into making sure that you had everything needed to feel right at home. The decorations and details were beautiful, as well as the stunning balcony view! The location is also perfect! We walked to Alvin’s Island, the grocery store and the coffee shop. We can’t wait to return!!

Perfect Vacation Getaway!
We had an amazing stay at this condo! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The view from the balcony was stunning, and the location was perfect—just steps from the beach and right across the street was a souvenir shop.
The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free vacation spot!

Great place to stay. Very clean and spacious! Beautiful view. Fantastic security. Got into town earlier than expected and couldn’t get our room any earlier, but we made it work out. Definitely recommend!!!
