* Guest bedroom is a custom-built bunkroom - two twin beds on the top bunks, queen bed below, with a full-size pull-out trundle bed
*Minimum age to rent is 25
Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram or on our Golf Cart, no need for a car. With 7 miles of waterfront, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay and Intracoastal Waterway. The resort offers amenities for every type of person, including 4 championship golf courses (3 open to the public), lighted clay tennis courts, lighted pickleball courts, and 2 large Sandestin Resort pools. Additionally, there is a marina on the Bay to rent boats, kayaks, paddleboards, or bikes. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, renown restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options without leaving Sandestin!
Golf Cart Policy: Please note that we will need a card on file, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance to be received per cart before your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Family had a great time staying there, even with the tropical storm Bertha we made the best of it getting in the pool, to just staying in watching movies or playing games, or going to Baytowne Wharf take the kids for ice cream or the arcade fun drive with the golf cart that was included everything is so close with the golf going to the beach after the storm will 100% recommend especially if you have kids they have these custom bunk beds for the kids

Everything was just as described. We loved turtle watching out the back door-there are some huge turtles in the pond. And if you go out at night the dolphins were doing a lot of talking. There are plenty of fun board games and plenty of extra bedding. We loved this home, it’s decorated so beautiful, and modern.

We loved our stay here so much. My toddler enjoyed the bunk room a lot! The place was very clean and had cozy vibes. We felt right at home! The golf cart was a huge plus and made it so quick and fun to get to shops, food, beach, etc. It was perfectly located so that rides were quick and easy. We’re 30 second walk to the pool and ponds that my husband and son enjoyed fishing. We loved watching all the turtles in the pond from the balcony too. It was just 4 of us, but the condo could have accommodated so many more people. We cosleep, so I slept in the bottom bunk with my 3 month old and my husband slept with our 3 year old in the trundle bed underneath. There was a whole king bed and rollaway bed in the closet that could’ve been used for more people. We want to come back and bring friends too!

We had a great time! The condo was great, although you need to bring EVERYTHING to cook (including salt and pepper). Beautifully decorated and great location. The beach was lovely but crowded (expected) and the free activities at the Wharf were great (fireworks, etc). Would stay again!

Palm Bay was the perfect place to stay for our family of four! The bunk beds were a huge hit for our two boys. The golf cart got us anywhere we needed to go. The decor and setup of the condo were perfect. We really enjoyed watching golfers tee off and the turtles swimming from the balcony. The condo was super clean and had everything that we needed for our family getaway. I highly recommend it!

We had a great stay at Palm Bay In Sandestin. The condo is very nice and included everything we needed to make this a "home away from home" for 5 days. The access to the golf cart was perfect, we didn't have to rent a car and could easily access everything we needed on the resort, including the beach! The views from the deck are incredible. You won't be sorry you stayed here!
