Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

We had an amazing stay at this condo in the Terrace at Pelican and can’t recommend it enough. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Destin with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and the harbor, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.
The condo itself is beautiful. Everything feels brand new, professionally designed, and very comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought went into the space, and the Tempurpedic-style mattresses in every bedroom made a big difference. The open layout worked perfectly for our group and never felt cramped.
The views were spectacular! Being able to see the Gulf, the lake, and the fountain made mornings and evenings especially enjoyable. The amenities were a huge plus. With several pools just steps away, a private beach, a hot tub, and an on-site café and tiki bar, everything felt easy and relaxed.
We also appreciated the practical touches like the fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, and access to the fitness center and sauna. Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described.
This condo is a great mix of comfort, convenience, and location. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone planning a Destin getaway.
