Sandy Shores is a Destin single-family home with a large open-concept design, a golf cart for easy trips along Scenic 98, and an array of amenities designed for unforgettable family and group getaways.

*Beach access is at James Lee Beach, which is a 10-minute walk or 1 minute away on a golf cart
*Six-seater golf cart for easy cruising along Scenic 98
*Large backyard with a fire pit, outdoor dining table, putt-putt golf, and family-friendly outdoor games
*Access to the private community pool and hot tub
*Fully stocked kitchen and dedicated bar setup
*Cozy living area with a fireplace, spacious sectional, and large Smart TV, perfect for movie nights or game days
*Dining table with seating for eight, and extra seating at the kitchen island
*3rd floor custom bunk & game room with two sets of twin over twin bunkbeds and a large sectional (private but no door)
*Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi
*Full-size washer and dryer for guest convenience
*Minimum age to rent is 25

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that we will need a card on file, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance to be received per cart before your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Great place and the location and proximity to the beach was awesome. Parking is always tough at the beach, but it’s a quick walk when needed. The backyard was great. The kids loved the putting green and jenga. It was a real bonus to see that the owners had beach chairs, tents, boogie boards, pool noodles and even buckets for building sand castles. We brought all of that ourselves, but it was nice that they had it for us. We would definitely stay here again.

We love that the backyard was such a hit and that the kids had a blast with the putting green and Jenga! Those are always such fun extras for the whole family. We also love that the beach chairs, tents, boogie boards, pool noodles and sand castle buckets were there and ready to go for you even though you came fully prepared yourselves. We always want to make sure our guests have everything they need right at their fingertips so nothing goes to waste!

This home is beautiful, and in a fantastic location. LOVED the house, the yard and neighborhood. Communication was fantastic and everything we needed was there. There were a ton of beach chairs, wagon and chairs in the garage to use which really helped us bc we didn’t have that. The golf cart was great! We had a slight issue with it breaking down on us, but the company sent someone to come repair it. We had to pay for the tow though, so that was pricey. We would absolutely stay here again and I miss the house already! Our only advice would be to leave a cordless vacuum for people to use to help with the sand. We are super tidy people, so having that there to help vacuum throughout the week would have definitely helped!!

Perfect location. Just far enough from the beach to jump on the golf cart and be there within a minute. Restaurants minutes away as well. Gated community is nice so the kids can roam and no worries of drivers along the strip. Basketball court, pool, etc…just right there close to the house. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation property! The home was exceptionally clean when we arrived, and everything was well-maintained. All of the amenities were exactly as described and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was clear that the hosts put a lot of care into making sure guests have a great experience. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great location! It was about a 7 minute walk to James Lee Beach or a 1 minute golf cart ride. A beach wagon was also provided which was nice to hall beach toys/chairs on the sand. Quiet neighborhood. We took advantage of the pickleball courts and pool only a 1-2 minute walk away. The house was very clean and provided great indoor and outdoor living spaces. The outdoor space was shaded which made it very tolerable to be outside even in 90 degree heat. The large couch was big enough to fit all 10 of us plus a toddler to watch the World Cup games. The loft/bunk area at the top was perfect for the kids. Overall it was a great stay!
