"Set Sail" is a prime condo getaway in Sandestin Resort next to Baytowne Wharf with an upscale design and lovely wooded view off the fenced-in, spacious back patio. Garage parking is available for $10 for one vehicle.
Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram, no need for a car. With 7 miles of waterfront, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay and Intracoastal Waterway. The resort offers amenities for every type of person, including 4 championship golf courses (3 open to the public), lighted clay tennis courts, lighted pickleball courts, and 2 large Sandestin Resort pools. Additionally, there is a marina on the Bay to rent boats, kayaks, paddleboards, or bikes. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, renown restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options without leaving Sandestin!
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

This condo was the perfect headquarters for our family vacation! The unit was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like the photos we fell in love with on VRBO. The convenience started right away with a seamless hospitality app and continued with a well-stocked kitchen and the fantastic bonus of beach chairs and an umbrella ready for us to use.
The location in Baytowne Wharf is unbeatable for families, offering a safe and exciting environment for our teens to explore on their own while we enjoyed our own downtime. Even the compact parking spot in the garage was a small trade-off for the incredible convenience and fun of the village. We had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to our next stay!

The rental looks just like the pictures (which I appreciate). We enjoyed walking the grounds, checking out Baytowne Wharf, hitting the beach with crystal clear water, and taking part in all the activities available onsite. We were not sure we would like the "big campus" feel, but we really enjoyed ourselves. Our group included a family of 4 with kids in their early 20's.

We spent a week at this property and we had no issues or complaints whatsoever. It was in a prime location for Baytowne Wharf access, clean, and just a great place to stay overall. We are already awaiting next summer availability to open up so we can book again! This was the perfect place for our little family.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. The decor was so beautiful, yet homey feeling. We loved that we had a short walk to Baytown Wharf. The shuttle to the beach was very convenient also. The condo was very quiet, not sure if that is normal, or it was a less busy time of year. The pool is right outside the main door, which was great. We got to see some wild life out on the patio. Even had a raccoon visitor. If I could make a suggestion, a welcome pack of some sort would be nice. Something to give local info, restaurants, the trolley map, etc. Overall, a very nice place.

This end-unit is spacious and very well appointed. Plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out.
