My vacation experience superseded all my expectations. The property was not only clean it was Beyond Beautiful, quiet, comfortable, not to mention the porch omg it was so peaceful and the views couldn’t get any better, we watched the beautiful fireworks, saw a couple of dolphins. Watching the boaters it couldn’t get any better. I want to say a huge thank you to Jody who helped me every step of the way, she answered every question if she didn’t know the answer she would find out and call me back. Jody is Amazing. She was very kind and courteous every step of the way. I also want to say a big thank you to Cynthia while Jody was out a few days she left me in good hands. Thank you so much for all you do. We are planning to come back next year for an entire week hopefully we can stay at the same place. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Everyone was well pleased

The property was clean and had great amenities. Location is away from the big waves, busy traffic, and businesses but a close drive. My only complaint is that I wish it was mentioned how far the beach was. It is not easy to tell from pictures that the sand, which was just outside the property, does not lead to the water. There is a barrier and rocks. The walk is doable but about 1/4 mile either direction. People who have a lot of gear may have an issue going around the fenced in area, which makes the walk longer. The coves on the west are a draw for families with small kids, but maybe not as much for adults.

I normally do not take the time to review anything because I never feel like I have much feedback to give, this visit and condo is a complete exception!
We stayed here three years ago and absolutely loved the condo and location. When we had the opportunity to book it again this year we were excited to! We arrived Sunday and the second we opened the door I was beyond excited, a fully renovated unit in which no expenses was spared!
I work in the renovation field and they really did an outstanding job on this unit which makes it that much more desirable for us to return to. I’d feel pretty accurate saying this is one of the best looking units in the entire building and the view is unbeatable!
I hope the photos are updated soon because it’s too beautiful not to have the up!!

My husband and I have stayed in the same condo on the beach for 25 years. This year we decided to try somewhere new, and I am so glad we did! East Pass Tower unit 109 is absolutely perfect for a couple! We had amazing views, and plenty of privacy on the private beach. I was worried we were the only ones there for a while. We saw lots of sea life including tons of sea turtles! We met a ton of very nice people, and would recommend this unit and East Pass to anyone looking for a wonderful, private, couples vacation!

Loved the area. Facility was clean and well stocked. Lots of great restaurants in the area. There are four beach coves to choose from the first being a five minute walk. It’s fun to watch boats go by. Dolphins swimming . Military fighter jets flying above at times. The area and condo complex all felt safe. Forty-five minute drive to the airport.

Condo was fantastic! Comfortable beds, linens, and living space. Kitchen had plenty of pans, dishes, etc so we could cook most of our meals. The view was the best part though - we spent most of our time on the porch (very comfortable furniture) when in the condo. Great fireworks show on Saturday night! The beach was awesome with multiple tide pools for swimming. We were nervous that codes wouldn’t work or there would be other issues based on previous guest reviews but everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this rental!

We had a great time staying at East Pass Towers. We have been staying at East Pass Towers for several years and will continue to come back each year. This condo was decorated so beautiful. We loved everything about it. The walk in shower is always a plus for me. Both bedrooms were furnished with king size bedd and very comfortable, too. The kitchen was well furnished with everything you need. We loved our view of the gulf. It was gorgeous. Everything was very clean and disenfected.

Everything about the condo, and the view, was wonderful. We will definitely book it again upon our next trip to Destin! It was very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. And the booking company was very professional, and available.

This is the second time staying at East Pass Towers #109. The unit is beautifully decorated and comfortable. This gated building is the last building on a quiet street that ends at Norriego Point. This public beach is between the harbor and East Pass offering beautiful views and Sandy beaches.
The condo is located on the first floor,( actually it feels like the second floor as the parking garage is underneath.) Unfortunately guest can't park in the garage but ample parking is available. This unit has amazing views from the huge balcony that overlooks the East Pass. The unit is comfortably decorated with a large L-shape couch for TV and Ocean views. Convenient to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants.

The condo was great and the views of the pass were spectacular.

We loved the condo, it was beautiful. What a blessing it was to wake up every morning to the spectacular views. Boats going in & out, fishermem, birds, etc. The enviroment was very relaxing too. Great amenities as well. Our family had a great time. Looking forward to coming back 2017.

What an absolutely wonderful home away from home! The view is the absolute best! Watching sailboats, sunsets and dolphins from all the windows or on the patio drinking coffee was simply magical. The beds were very comfortable and for someone who doesn’t sleep well away from home I slept great every night. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub very much but our 4 year old was beyond thrilled with the walk to the small quiet beach every day to splash in the water. This is the perfect spot because the waves were not as strong here so we had piece of mind and could relax more. Our little one loved seeing all the pterodactyls (cranes) and pelicans on our walks and this made some of the most cherished memories of him squealing with delight. Make sure you have space on your phone or camera for all the great shots you will take here! We never even turned on the tv here because the view was ever changing with the spectacular sunsets. We also didn’t cook that much either with all the wonderful restaurants around. We loved Hogs Breath Saloon, The Donut Hole and the drive to Stewby’s Seafood Shanty I highly recommend! Whatever the catch of the day is was my go to choice. It’s all locally caught and cooked here. Leftovers were cooked in the toaster oven in the unit which was great. Because of its location at the very end of the road you truly have a lot privacy without a lot of other hotels on top of you with all the crowds. This unit truly was the best quiet relaxing retreat we have ever stayed in and we will definitely be returning here again!

long time listener first time reviewer and first visit to destin. could not have been MORE pleased with this condo. basically what you see is what you get! very nice and quite roomy i might add. nice private beach and the popular destin beaches are not far away but very crowded there. would recommend this condo in a heartbeat!

I booked this condo for spring break with my mom and two daughters. I really enjoyed the condo. It was very well stocked. The pool wasn't warm yet but it was early in the season. We enjoyed walking to the beach everyday rather then going to the bay beach. The condo was very close to everything which made life easy. We took the water taxi only one night. It was fun but pricey. The sunsets and rises were amazing from this condo. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was the best vacation we've had. The condo was gorgeous, views of the Gulf from both bedrooms and living room. The balcony was awesome. Grocery store and Target very convenient. The boats of all sizes are fun to watch. Dolphins came by, few jelly fish. Water was always crystal clear. A friend saw my pics and said it looked like Mexico!! You will be impressed with this area.

Beautifully decorated condo with all of the necessary amenities! When we first arrived, we weren't sure how we'd feel about not seeing the actual ocean but were quickly spoiled by the clear aqua and emerald waters of the pass. The wildlife and activity in the pass was fun to watch and the quietness of a more private beach was so enjoyable! The view of the sunsets were breathtaking and the fireworks show was a great ending to our fanstastic week. We will definitely try this rental again!

I must say I was so taken back when I entered the condo. The view of the ocean when you walk in was breath taking. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves so much. It was by far the most relaxing vacation we have taken in years. The condo has everything you can need and more. We watched the sunset every night. Best time to see Dolphins was just before sunset. I loved listening to the water at night. It is so peaceful. I laid out on the balcony, which is the largest balcony ever! Perfect place for some rest and relaxation. Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful. Did not have a bad meal, loved the harbor, can't wait to go back. On our drive home I was already driving my husband nuts with when we can go again. You are just steps away from the beach and the harbor was amazing. So many things to do. The only thing I wished was that our trip was longer, which by the way next time it will be. Oh and the bedding was amazing! Those comforters were so soft. Where did you buy those at? Can't wait to visit again. So clean and well decorated! Hopefully we will be back same time next year.

We absolutely love this place! I was worried about it being on the first floor, but this is higher up than I thought it would be. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony while watching the fishing boats head into the gulf. Plenty of seating on the large balcony. Our daughter and her family came to our condo a lot to hang out on the balcony. It was plenty of room for the six of us on one end of the balcony! A bonus is we sat on our balcony and watched the air flight and fireworks shows, no driving/fighting traffic! The pictures don't do this condo justice. The rooms are larger than they appear in the pics. Kitchen is equipped with every thing you need. The recliners are great! Mattresses on both beds were very comfortable. The water taxi and trolly stops are out front. The only bad thing about this trip is one week wasn't long enough!

What a lovely, well equipped, comfortable condo. It was warm enough during this winters cold spell. It was quiet & peaceful, with the most beautiful views & sunsets. We would definitely hope to stay again when we come back to the Emerald Isle.

This East Pass Towers Condo was perfect for the long weekend get away we planned with our 17 year old son. The expansive deck situated on the western or East Pass side of the complex gave us an awesome sunset view. In addition to the sunset, you're able to watch all the boats heading out or coming back in with the days catch. Dolphin can routinely be spotted playing out in the East Pass from the deck. The first floor unit was very convenient making it easy to come and go either by stairs or the elevator. Overall I'd say this is a great unit and I'd recommend it to anyone thinking about a vacation in the Destin area.

We stayed in this condo for the first time July 27-Aug 3 and we will definitely stay again. What you see is what you get. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you can imagine that you would need. The living room is comfortable and you can see the ocean from your recliner. We only used the master bedroom and the bed was so comfortable. Best part of this condo...the balcony! We spent most of our days and nights sitting on the balcony. Early mornings you can see dolphins swimming, fishing boats going out for the day and in the afternoons sunset cruise boats going by. The private beach is not crowded and the pool at the condo had plenty of chairs and a great view. I highly recommend this condo to anyone that wants away from the crowd. Perfect location. Oh, and you can catch the water taxi over to the Harbor!! That was a plus as well. Catherine is wonderful to work with and she will answer any questions you might have. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This condo was the first ever that my wife and I returned to. Before we would always look for a better vacation spot for the next year but we looked and looked but could not even find anything close to this condo with the way this condo was equipped, the location, the view, privacy, quiet, very clean, easy in and out and a great feel of security, secluded but close to all the action,restaurants, stores and shores, crab island, snorkeling, fishing, with a picture perfect sunsets, and if you need a bigger place the owner was so kind to show us there new condo that was so superior and just completed 100% remodeled with a awesome view in the same building that should be in some high fashion magazine. Had a great time.

This is a beautiful condo that is in an ideal location. I have zero complaints just like the last time (06/2011) I stayed in this unit. Very nice and highly recommended!

The condo was clean and well decorated. We watched dolphins from the living room and patio. We used the patio quite a bit. Any problems were addressed immediately and they were just minor items like a new filter for the refrigerator. I would recommend this condo. The pool was not heated. There were several great restaurants in the area. We enjoyed Another Broken Egg Cafe, Dewey Destin's, McCallister's Deli, Back Porch, The Lighthouse-just down the street, and The Donut Hole-saw this one on TV (Travel Channel).

We visited Destin with our friends from the west coast (their first visit) and had a wonderful time. The condo was so nice and felt just like home with lots of extras that you don't normally find in a rental unit. We went deep sea fishing, saw a beautiful fireworks show from the balcony as well as an air show with planes from Eglin AFB. Weather was absolutely perfect and we walked the beach at the point every day. Can't wait to return again next year.

This was our 2nd time in this condo. The porch/deck is wonderful. Beautiful view. The condo is very well equipped! A very quiet location, yet convenient to everything. Good restaurants, shopping. The pool was very nice with plenty of lounges, umbrellas, and great view of the water. We visited Seaside and the other similar villages adjacent. We ate at the Smiling Fish down there, and Stewby's in Ft. Walton. Would highly recommend both. Also Stinkys, if you can get past the name; however, it was very good!! We plan to return to this condo. You couldn't find a better one!!

We had a wonderful time here. The condo was beautiful and clean. It was nice having a cup of coffee sitting on the large deck watching the boats and beach every morning. Located within 10 minutes of everything to do in Destin and away from all the packed areas of the beach. The sand was beautiful and everyone around was very nice. One of the most relaxing vacations ever taken. Catherine was great to work with and we will definitely be coming back.

I have stayed here for two years in a row now and can't wait to visit next summer! What a relaxing and enjoyable time we had! The view is absolutely breath taking. Every morning you can watch the boats leaving from the harbor. The sunset was picturesque. We even had front row seats to the fireworks show on Thursday night. When I say the balcony is huge, I do mean HUGE. They are great views of the water from every room. It is a very comfortable condo..master bedroom and bath is quite large. The property itself is clean and well-maintained. Holiday Isle is an excellent site getting away from the large crowded high rise condo areas in Destin. My absolute favorite part of this location is that you are a short walk away from Osteen Public Beach Access where you can snorkel by the jetties and see some colorful, amazing sites (people pay money for a boat to take you here but you can just walk!) Owner is so helpful and communication is easy! I can't say enough good things about this place:)
