HOW IT WORKS

Our relationship begins with a property inspection and a meeting (zoom is OK) to understand your specific management aspirations and goals. We provide you with a detailed property evaluation, realistic revenue projections, and recommendations for improvements (only if needed) to maximize your net income.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER 

Michelle Walker's background was in commercial real estate and development prior to relocating to Florida from California. Once in Florida, she purchased several short term rental properties, and embarked in the vacation rental industry in 2005. She increased the annual revenue on each of the properties a minimum of 100% within 2 years. Michelle understands the economics of up and down years, and how to not only survive, but make a property prosper in the worst of times. Walker was recruited to work with two other vacation management companies, taking their businesses from infancy into viable and prosperous vacation rental management companies prior to founding Beyond Blue Vacations.  

Ready to set a new standard in the field, Michelle started Beyond Blue in November, 2018. The company has grown rapidly as Michelle is sought after for her expertise in the vacation market arena, her business acumen, and her ability to create sought after vacation homes.  She has years of experience refurbishing hundreds of homes, taking diamonds in the rough, making them sparkle and produce beyond expectations.
