We had 19 people and everyone had a place to sleep. Spacious house for all of us to hang out. The pool was a must!! Walk to the beach and ice cream was short and an easy walk for everyone. Golf cart was awesome to haul items to the beach. Thank you for a great vacation house!!

Cabana Cove is a Beautiful home and was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for everyone and the grandkids love the 3rd floor bunk room. The pool was great on days it was a bit cool - and glad we had it heated. The location is one of the best we have stayed and Golf Cart was a great additon for the short drive to the beach and ice cream at Blue Mountain Creamery. Beyond Blue is a great rental company and any questions we had - were answered in a very timely manner. House and location is great for large families and Our family will be back.

This rental was absolutely perfect for our family of 17.. 6 of those being kids. The house was beautiful and the pool was wonderful. It was also close to the beach and the golf cart was a blessing to have.

House is perfect and golf cart is a must. Beach access and crowd is crazy. They keep building more homes but have 12 spots to park at the biggest beach access. We got up early every morning to setup our spot on the beach and park a vehicle somewhat nearby for cleanup after a day at the beach. We had a group of 18 so we had a lot of stuff. House gave everyone their own space.

Great house with a pool. Great location. Golf cart was not the best I have driven but the offer a 6 passenger one. 3rd floor is excellent for kids to gather. Sleeps 8 with a full bathroom. 3 nice size rooms with own bathroom on second floor. 1 bedroom on main floor. Doors in bathroom open and close oddly. Plenty of room to gather throughout the inside and outside of the home. Nice size pool.

The house was perfect. The space was great: very well equipped kitchen, the bunking area on the top floor was wonderful for our 8 grandchildren, everyone enjoyed the ping pong table in the 2 car garage. The location was convenient for the beach and the 6 person golf cart made it even easier. We were there in Dec/Jan, but the kids still enjoyed the pool. All 17 of us gave it two thumbs up!

This house was perfect for the 10 of us. PLENTY of room, very clean, had all the amenities we needed. The refrigerator was making noises so they sent maintenance over and fixed it right away. We decided to pay the extra to heat the pool and they sent someone over right away as well. The golf cart was great for getting us back and forth from the beach. Family loved the ping pong table and the ice maker was handy. If I had one thing I would change it would be that the beds were not the most comfortable. But I would absolutely stay here again!!!

Awesome home and location. Rooms were very a commanding. We sleep like a baby. Loved the pool. (three things I suggest) home needs a can opener and a Pizza cuter maybe an out side Fridge for over flow drinks. Oh and the ice maker in the kitchen was life saver. The Golf cart was a lot of fun. Great time by all. My family just loved it. PS: We rented the electric bikes they are awesome.

Lakeside 346 was truly a beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay this summer and would definitely rent this home again. It has the true beach look and the pool is perfect for little ones! The only downside is that there isn’t a private beach access, so you have to use the main public beach access which was overly crowded when we went. I’m sure in the off season you might not have this problem but a private beach access would really set this home over the top!

We had an amazing time last week at Cabana Cove! The home itself had everything we needed for our extended family to stay in one place. The loft was perfect for all the kids, small to big. Every bedroom having an attached full bathroom made things so easy. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool daily and used the golf cart for quick trips to the beach or for ice cream. The outdoor shower was great for keeping things clean and not dragging sand with us everywhere. There truly is not one thing bad to say about this property. From kitchen tools to extra blankets, they thought of everything. We will absolutely consider a future trip to Cabana Cove with our family!
Helpful hint: more private, quiet beach entrances are east of the main public access.

We absolutely loved our stay here and didn’t want to return home. The house is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated. The beds were wonderful. And the heated pool was the highlight of our stay. Our only suggestion would be to add a mini fridge or kitchenette to the third floor. ;)

This house was truly amazing. It was absolutely beautiful, serene, and incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The house is perfect for vacationing with friends and kids with plenty of room to spread out, bathrooms in each of the bedrooms, main, and top floors. The beds are comfortable, which is rare for many vacation homes and had king beds and TVs. We loved the top floor loft, which had plenty of beds for kids to sleep and a large living space with a couch and TV for them to watch movies. The kids also loved the pool and playing ping pong. There are multiple porches including an outdoor dining space, private balconies, a large front porch and a back porch that overlooks the pool. Some of our favorite amenities were the golf cart and separate ice machine, which made cooler refills and beach trips easy. What truly won me over was the fully equipped kitchen. It had everything needed for cooking and entertaining. We didn’t spend forever looking for cooking utensils or the right pots and pans, which we’ve typically have to do in vacation homes. All in all, I can’t say enough about this place and how impressed we were with all of the thought put into making this place truly outstanding and somewhere we’d want to come back to again and again.

I recently came back from a wonderful vacation with my girlfriends. We stayed at the gorgeous Lakeside 346.The house was very clean, spacious and well equipped.I loved the relaxing decor and comfortable furniture.One of my favorite parts of the house was morning coffee and sunrise on one of many amazing porches.I also enjoyed late afternoons with cocktails by the pool. I can’t wait to come back there with my family!

My family and I went to visit this beautiful beach house last week and we had an amazing time. The house was open, airy, and homey. It is spotless and well appointed with high end appliances / amenities. The location was perfect, minutes from the beach and minutes from a long walking trail. The top level for the kids gave them and us parents our own personal space. I will definitely book again!

CABANA COVE has everything a family or multiple families need for an amazing and relaxing vacation. Close to amazing beach access points (hint, head east from main blue mountain beach for other access points to less crowded beaches). Many amazing restaurants are walkable (Red Fish Taco, Smokehouse, bakery, ice cream, donuts) as well as a beautiful nature preserve. Beaches are fantastic. House comes with so many amenities that make a day at the beach easy and accessible. From golf cart to beach umbrellas and many things in between. Go for a walk through the beautiful neighborhoods, schedule a night time bonfire at the beach. The house is straight out of a magazine. Great pool and grilling area, 4 bedrooms all with en suite, and an amazing 3rd floor bunk room with 8 beds, living room area and full bath that is PERFECT for kids or teens. Huge refrigerator with chef’s stove and separate ice maker perfect for cocktails or filling multiple coolers for a day at the beach. Great side porch for kids to eat and big table for adults to eat. TV’s in all rooms. Great front and back porch for lounging and ping pong in garage. You have to see it to believe it!!!

This is a high end property. Great specifications throughout - think: well equipped and highly functional kitchen, comfy beds, spacious bathrooms, quality furniture, spacious and inviting communal areas, ambient lighting etc. The location is excellent - within shooting distance of the beach, amenities, restaurants etc. It's nestled in the heart of a friendly, relaxed and inviting community. There are two particular bonuses: the family/kids room upstairs is a wonderful retreat for the kids and the golf cart allows for quick and easy access to everything you need. But you probably won't much beyond the multiple accesses to the beach!

Stayed here with other families and have to say this is our best rental so far in 30A. The location is perfect because it’s close to the beach yet it’s not on top of where all the traffic is. It’s just behind the shops which makes it convenient to walk there and have a drink, yet quiet enough to relax after a long beach day. The layout is just perfect. Rooms are spacious with tall ceilings. Construction is solid and keeps rooms quiet. The top loft is very cool and can serve as a kids room or an office. The pool is just right. I could just go on and on We will definitely return and already can’t wait to come back! Oh and it has its own golf cart to drive around in. What? Yes even that. Love love love this place.

Perfect amenities and location for a family or multiple families to enjoy a dream vacation. Our family loved this property for our summer vacation. Very clean and spacious living area for 8 adults and 4 kids. Pool was very well kept even during our stay after a storm left debris in the pool. The 6 seat golf cart made getting to & from the beach easy & fun.

We absolutely loved the home and beach area. The golf cart was so useful and we loved taking the grandkids around the area, especially to the local ice cream shop. There were so many places to have conversations and have a few alone moments. I especially loved the hanging egg chairs on the screened in porch. This is an excellent home for families with each couple having a main suite and the kids sharing that beautiful bunk room.

Having a toddler in tow, I was more than pleased with this home. Not only is it beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable, but the pool and golf cart are perfect additions for families with small children. Our 2yo loved splashing around on the sun deck and having our own golf cart to come and go in was perfect for toting her and all her necessities in. I highly recommend this home to families of all ages!

This new house was stunning inside and out. Very clean, lots of kitchen supplies for cooking, and perfect setting for multifamiles sharing the space. Golf cart at the house was key and so helpful to get us to and from the beach with all of our supplies. Less than 5 minute golfcart drive to beach. Great space in kitchen and living room to entertain large crowd. Each of the four bedrooms has a king size bed and bathroom! This was a huge plus in my opinion. Two of the bedrooms also have porches attached. We enjoyed drinking coffee out there in the mornings. Kids loved everything about the pool as well as upstairs bunk rooms and space. Felt like they had their own private quarters. Can not wait to stay at Cabana Cove again. Thanks for sharing this amazing home with us.

We can't wait to return to Cabana Cove! It was great staying in a brand new construction home that was close to everything. We loved being able to walk to Red Taco, Blue Mountain Creamery and the beach. The golf cart was convenient for quick trips up and down 30A. The house was fully stocked and had many extra kitchen gadgets (more than other rentals we've stayed in). There was plenty of gathering spaces in the house like the pool, which felt like an oasis with the swaying palm trees. If you wanted a little quiet time, there were also multiple porches to choose from to enjoy a good book. This house has all the details that make a trip very enjoyable.

Absolutely stunning property with walkable shops, restaurants, ice cream stores and a short golf cart or cycle ride from beautiful Santa Rosa Beach. Each room is tastefully decorated, with luxury special touches and thoughtful amenities. You would be hard placed to find a better equipped kitchen; every necessity has been provided. The brand new golf cart is wonderful! Had the most relaxing time at Cabana Cove and cannot wait to return!
