"Tropical Moon" is a quintessential 30A home in Prominence with a large resort pool, next to The Big Chill (formerly the Hub.) Prominence is located near the Watersound area and Deer Lake State Park, great areas to cruise to in our six seat golf cart!

With a sparkling lagoon style pool, you won't even have to leave the neighborhood to make a splash! Closest beach access is located a half mile away, at the Deer Lake Beach access, a wonderful state park.

Just walk right in and begin making memories. Some of our favorite features are the beautiful hardwood floors, HDTV's in every bedroom, and of course the full size washer and dryer right in the home for your convenience! This home comfortably hosts large families or groups, with a spacious kitchen outfitted in brand new stainless appliances, gas stove top, sprawling granite counters and all of the cookware the chef in your family could ask for! The living and dining area are also spacious with plenty of seating around the large flat screen TV, and a dining table which seats 6 with 2 additional chairs at the bar.

The master suite is exquisitely designed for relaxation, featuring a king sized bed, en suite bathroom with large walk in shower, jack and jill sinks and generous closet space, a large HDTV and of course, black out curtains which are perfect for sleeping in! The 3 additional bedrooms are located upstairs. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, TV and a shared bathroom with guest bedroom number two which has 2 double beds and a TV of its own. The final guest bedroom is a king suite with a private bath and large flat screen TV.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces.
