About
"Serenity Blue" is an ideal condo located in Silver Beach Towers. Our newly renovated Gulf Front retreat is just an elevator ride down to the beach and beachfront pool. This location is perfect, central to great shopping, amazing restaurants, and a variety of activities for the kids.
Enjoy the extraordinary emerald blue ocean views from every room in our beautifully appointed Silver Beach Towers East condo. This beach chic condo was recently renovated and we installed beautiful hardwood floors and stunning new bathrooms. Fall asleep to the lull of breaking waves in either of the two gulf front master bedrooms, both with king size beds with premium mattresses. In addition, the living area has two sleepers, a queen and a twin, hidden in the stylish and extremely comfortable pull out sofa and over sized matching chair.
The living area was designed to entertain! It has a huge coffee table great for card and board games or an evening of charades, what could be better? The beautiful dining area seats 4 at the table and another 3 at the bar. There is a dining set on the balcony that seats 4 as well. The two balcony chaise lounge chairs make hours of dolphin gazing, people watching or beachfront book reading as good as it gets! Do not forget to indulge a few days of plunging into the magnificent beachfront super-sized twin pools and hot tub.
The resort has its own private beach. Effective 2024, the resort has a new beach service set-up program. We have purchased the March through October beach set-up subscription of two chaise lounge chairs and an umbrella, which enables our guests to rent beach set-ups at a 50% discount.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces. This was our third year in a row staying at this condo. We just love it! Not only is the condo absolutely beautiful, the location is perfect! Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, the beautiful white sand and ocean just steps away. We plan on coming back next year. Truly Destin is our favorite vacation spot so far. And working with Beyond Blue Vacation has been a pure pleasure.

We had a wonderful time at this vacation property. We stayed here with our daughter and grandparents. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It had everything you need to cook meals and starter packs for laundry, dish soap, and dish detergent. Bring beach towels . The condo had an amazing view and the beach was excellent. The rest of the property was also very clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the condo! The views were incredible. We really enjoyed that both bedrooms and the living room had ocean views and access to the balcony. The only thing I would change would be adding fob/key access to the pool and hot tub area, because there were quite a few younger teenagers that we watched walk in the pool area from the street (not guests). We had a great stay overall though!

I'm still shocked we were able to snag this space for our last-minute trip to Destin. The location was amazing; the condo was clean and comfortable; Silver Beach was a great property. Waking up every morning to the view from the bedrooms and sitting out on the balcony overlooking the water - it was a dream. We only left the condo to go to the beach and get groceries - otherwise, we had everything we needed. While this was a much-needed getaway for just mom and dad, we hope to return next year with our kiddos.

We had a great time! Serenity Blue was a lovely condo with beautiful views. We loved the deck furnishings and spent lots of time there enjoying the beach and ocean views from the 14th floor. The living room could use some upgrades. Feather quills kept poking us from slack coushions on the furniture, and the dining table was quite wobbly. A closet door completely collapsed in the guest bedroom. Otherwise we were very, very happy with our stay at Serenity Blue!

This condo is absolutely beautiful. The decor is so calming and the views from each room are incredible. This is located in such a great location! We loved not having the stress of commuting to a public beach. Perfect place for our family vacation. Property is exactly as shown in pics, but even more beautiful and comfortable in person. Unit was spacious, beds were excellent, kitchen had everything we needed, and unit centrally located to everything. We had a wonderful experience.

This condo was a perfect weekend getaway. The two master bedrooms allowed us plenty of space. The view from the large well appointed 14th floor balcony never disappointed. We loved that we could have coffee at the table or lounge in the sun looking at the waves without ever leaving the condo. This condo was beautifully decorated and the management staff was very responsive from booking and throughout our stay. Would highly recommend! We will be back!

This was my first vacation to Destin since 2012. We used to go every year as a family but life took a different turn and we were not able to go after that and then my husband died last year after a 3 year battle with cancer. So, this trip was just me and my youngest son (19) since my older kids are married and have families of their own.
We were a bit apprehensive about going back to the beach with all the new changes in our family, BUT as soon as we walked into the condo, we both felt right at home. It was so beautiful and spacious. We loved the location and the beach front view was amazing. I got to watch the sunrise and sunset every day.
We definitely plan to come back to this condo in the future.

The condo was beautiful & very clean. The views were awesome and the sunsets unsurpassed! Restaurants were nearby as well as shopping. Destin Harbor was minutes away and I’d recommend the sunset cruise. Beach chairs & umbrella were wonderful on the beach and we enjoyed having them so much. The pool and loungers around the pool were also enjoyed. We appreciated that the pool was heated too. We did need a chair in the master as well as face cloths. Otherwise, it was perfect. We loved the floor plan layout with split bedrooms. It was perfect for two couples!

We just got home Saturday from our rental. Our first thoughts when we arrived at the rental was that it wasn’t very clean. The doors, counters, cabinets and coffee maker all need a good cleaning. Because we were using the counters and coffee maker we had to clean them ourselves. The wipes we used on the counters were brown afterwards. The other places in the condo that need a deep clean are the tile floors and the showers have a lot of black mold in the corners. I was surprised with the letter given about the extra level of cleaning and sanitizing that was supposed to be done with COVID.
Our other frustration was the lack of communication on what items we would need to bring with us and what would be provided(type of coffee maker, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, number of towels etc.) We would have preferred to bring those things with us rather than have to go to the store immediately when we arrived.
After we got over the cleanliness issues we went on the patio and were amazed by the beautiful view. That is what makes this condo so great. I could have stayed on the patio 24 hours a day. The decor and furnishings in the condo were also very nice and really made the condo look appealing.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay there and would stay again simply for the view. I would say if the cleanliness was a little better especially with current COVID situation, I would give this condo an excellent rating.

Very clean condo that was exactly as advertised. Nino did a great job answering any questions we had in a timely manner. We had a great month at Silver Beach towers. We always enjoy going to McGuire's for a great meal. There's something to do in Destin for all ages. We have already reserved our stay for next February at this condo.

Our winter getaway was made perfect mainly because of your unit, Serenity Blue! Calming colors, comfortable furnishings, and a great group to work with!! We were met at Silver Beach Condo by a lovely lady, Nino, who showed us everything!! That was a plus!! Let me assure you, we will be back!!

We stayed here the last weekend of Dec and really enjoyed the property. The condo is beautifully decorated and the beds were especially comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with every possible utensil we could need and there were more than sufficient towels for our 3 day stay. The property management was very responsive and resolved the couple of issues we had, within hours though it was a Saturday. Thank you Nino! The views from the balcony and the windows were breathtaking. We saw dolphins too! And the best part - we didn't have to make the beds, wash the linens and dishes, etc at checkout, like some properties stipulate! The property is also close to all Destin's shopping centers, restaurants and amusement areas/ parks. The only cons were that the building did not have a heated pool or a gym, but the weather held up in the mornings, so the kids still got sufficient time in the water. Thank you again Nino and Michelle!
