"No Place Like Mahomes" is a newly renovated Tivoli townhome conveniently located on the South side of Sandestin Resort, and on the 5th Tee Box of the Baytowne Golf Course. It is just a quick minute to the Beach and a quick minute to the community pool. Quiet and serene, your entire family will fall in love with this beach home. Explore Baytowne and enjoy fireworks and live music on the green, lay around on the sugar white sands of our beaches to catch the perfect tan, fish in the bay or in any of the several ponds and lakes throughout Sandestin Resort, or splash in the Tivoli pool with your loved ones. This home also features a complimentary 6 seat golf cart for your convenience.

The main living area is an open space perfect for socializing. Gather around our large Smart TV and enjoy the big game. We are Football fans, how about you? The just renovated kitchen is well stocked, all new appliances, with everything you need to create and enjoy a wonderful meal. We have a dining table that seats 6 plus 3 seats at the kitchen island. We also have an enclosed balcony, overlooking the golf course, a great space to enjoy meals, entertain, and of course enjoy your morning coffee.

The master suite features a king bed, a seating area, a large closet, a Smart TV and a private bathroom with a large walk in shower and his and her vanities. The first guest bedroom is similarly appointed as the master suite. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, a large closet and shares the hall bathroom. Going up the stairs you will find the bunk room with a twin over full bunk which is the perfect space for little ones to play, watch TV, and rest.

Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram, no need for a car. The south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. The resort offers amenities for every type of person including four championship golf courses, clay and hard tennis courts, and pickle ball courts. There is also a large marina on the Bay where you can rent a boat, kayak or paddleboard. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, world class restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options!

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
