The rental unit is good for one couple, a little crowded for two couples. The beds in the second bedroom are really bad. We had to buy an air mattress to be able to sleep. Overall we had a good experience, but the beds were well worn.

The condo was well decorated & very clean just as advertised. We had problems with getting the correct garage & pool codes from Beyond Blue. They were responsive but did not provide accurate information.

Took my two older kids here for spring break and we loved it! The rental was great - clean, cozy and spacious. We enjoyed having the amenities the rental offered as well as staying in a quiet, safe location in Destin. Would definitely stay here again! Missing it already.

The rental looks just like the pictures (which I appreciate). We enjoyed walking the grounds, checking out Baytowne Wharf, hitting the beach with crystal clear water, and taking part in all the activities available onsite. We were not sure we would like the "big campus" feel, but we really enjoyed ourselves. Our group included a family of 4 with kids in their early 20's.

This was a great condo to stay in the Baytowne Wharf area of Sandestin. It’s a part of the resort, so all amenities are available. Parking was kind of a pain, because although we had access to the garage, it was usually pretty full. The unit is at the very end of the hall, so it was great for families who may have noisy kids! Very well decorated with comfortable linens and nice towels. We had an issue with the AC, but it was a building issue that was resolved. Kitchen was fully stocked and unit was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. The decor was so beautiful, yet homey feeling. We loved that we had a short walk to Baytown Wharf. The shuttle to the beach was very convenient also. The condo was very quiet, not sure if that is normal, or it was a less busy time of year. The pool is right outside the main door, which was great. We got to see some wild life out on the patio. Even had a raccoon visitor. If I could make a suggestion, a welcome pack of some sort would be nice. Something to give local info, restaurants, the trolley map, etc. Overall, a very nice place.

Overall, our stay at Bahia 4024 was very relaxing and nice. The property was in great condition.
Guest services were quick to respond to all of our needs during the booking process and the duration of our stay. My only negative would be a billing error that has not been corrected after multiple communications with Beyond Blue Vacations.

We came for a few days of after Christmas downtime and this condo was perfect. The location was ideal—allowing us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The interior was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts ohms home. I would definitely return.

Our rental was absolutely perfect! Couldn’t ask for anything better. Enough space for our family of four. Everything we needed was available. Our condo was very clean. I would give it a 6 out of 5 stars! We were beyond happy. This is our third time staying at the Bahia and we will absolutely be back again. Hopefully in this condo! Thanks for all the hospitality. We spent a week at this property and we had no issues or complaints whatsoever. It was in a prime location for Baytowne Wharf access, clean, and just a great place to stay overall. We are already awaiting next summer availability to open up so we can book again! This was the perfect place for our little family.

Ideal location for family with young children. It was so fun to walk out the door and be minutes away from all the village activity. Condo was beautifully furnished and decorated with a very comfortable layout. We really enjoyed the large dining table for family gatherings. I would recommend to friends and family.

Very well appointed and larger than expected. Very private and quiet. Just a few housekeeping recommendations for management - could there please be more specific instructions regarding parking - ie exactly where the parking garage is, the correct garage code and exactly where to park (it is very confusing to figure out parking in a non-number spot - they are all numbered. We didn’t get a call back from management and no one answered our call. Would definitely stay here again! Great place!!

This end-unit is spacious and very well appointed. Plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out. And after a full day at the beach and pool, the beds were extra comfy, and the window shades made sure that our kiddos wouldn’t be waking up too early in the morning :). The unit is also walking distance to all the shops and restaurants at Baytowne. Would definitely stay again.

We are yearly visitors to Sandestin and have stayed in a variety of different accommodations. This unit was just perfect for us, very modern furnishings, nice patio area, quiet, private, patio faces the bay. The pool is by far the best in the area. Convenient to the village.

This was an amazing trip for my family and I. The condo was gorgeous. Very clean, well furnished and accommodating for my family and I. It was in a great location, walking distance from shopping, eating and partying. The host was great, answered any questions that I had promptly during my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved Bahia 4024! We loved the layout of the unit. Master on one side and second bedroom on the other. Lots of space for the 4 of us. We also love being able to just walk right into Baytowne. We will definitely book again next year!

This end-unit is spacious and very well appointed. Plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out. And after a full day at the beach and pool, the beds were extra comfy, and the window shades made sure that our kiddos wouldn’t be waking up too early in the morning :). The unit is also walking distance to all the shops and restaurants at Baytowne. Would definitely stay again.

The rental unit is good for one couple, a little crowded for two couples. The beds in the second bedroom are really bad. We had to buy an air mattress to be able to sleep. Overall we had a good experience, but the beds were well worn.

The condo was well decorated & very clean just as advertised. We had problems with getting the correct garage & pool codes from Beyond Blue. They were responsive but did not provide accurate information.

Ideal location for family with young children. It was so fun to walk out the door and be minutes away from all the village activity. Condo was beautifully furnished and decorated with a very comfortable layout. We really enjoyed the large dining table for family gatherings. I would recommend to friends and family.

Very well appointed and larger than expected. Very private and quiet. Just a few housekeeping recommendations for management - could there please be more specific instructions regarding parking - ie exactly where the parking garage is, the correct garage code and exactly where to park (it is very confusing to figure out parking in a non-number spot - they are all numbered. We didn’t get a call back from management and no one answered our call. Would definitely stay here again! Great place!!

We spent a week at this property and we had no issues or complaints whatsoever. It was in a prime location for Baytowne Wharf access, clean, and just a great place to stay overall. We are already awaiting next summer availability to open up so we can book again! This was the perfect place for our little family.

Overall, our stay at Bahia 4024 was very relaxing and nice. The property was in great condition.
Guest services were quick to respond to all of our needs during the booking process and the duration of our stay. My only negative would be a billing error that has not been corrected after multiple communications with Beyond Blue Vacations.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. The decor was so beautiful, yet homey feeling. We loved that we had a short walk to Baytown Wharf. The shuttle to the beach was very convenient also. The condo was very quiet, not sure if that is normal, or it was a less busy time of year. The pool is right outside the main door, which was great. We got to see some wild life out on the patio. Even had a raccoon visitor. If I could make a suggestion, a welcome pack of some sort would be nice. Something to give local info, restaurants, the trolley map, etc. Overall, a very nice place.

This was a great condo to stay in the Baytowne Wharf area of Sandestin. It’s a part of the resort, so all amenities are available. Parking was kind of a pain, because although we had access to the garage, it was usually pretty full. The unit is at the very end of the hall, so it was great for families who may have noisy kids! Very well decorated with comfortable linens and nice towels. We had an issue with the AC, but it was a building issue that was resolved. Kitchen was fully stocked and unit was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!
